I haven't been to the salon since 2019, but I decided to come in and finally take care of my hair! Freddie Was absolutely amazing; he got to know me and my hair routine to figure out what would work best with my hair. I showed him several photos of colors that I liked and he captured all three photos in one try. He used great Aveda products on my hair and even gave me a nice hand massage while my hair was processing. I typically don't do my hair very often but Freddie Made such a great impression that I know I will go back and see him again.

Had my first appointment with Jenifer this summer. She and all employees handled social distancing very well. All in the salon wore masks and they checked guest temperatures at the door! Felt safe as I got my hair done, and was so happy with my results. I came in with awful fried brassy hair, and left so pleased with the dark blonde I asked for! I recommend the deep conditioner spray add on!

I followed Jen when she moved from beehive to salon Aspire and I am just so impressed with this salon! The people are friendly and the decor is classy without being pretentious. I love how Jen colors my hair and it's been fun to see her blossom since moving to this salon! I also love seeing all of your staffs videos on social media.

Great customer service and super kind staff! I called for a day of appointment for a cut and color (who in the world thinks they can get that appointment the same day?!) and they did have a slot! McKayla is my new fave stylist and I'll be returning to her in 6 weeks and hopefully every 6 weeks afterwards! The salon was super clean and not noisy. Even though many people were getting color, it didn't smell like it so they must have really good ventilation. I also love that they have monthly specials, so by getting a gift card for a future appointment, I was able to get a free full sized lipstick - winning! McKayla gave me. A great cut and color, and highlights! I showed her a few photos and discussed my needs (still able to pull back in a pony for work), and she aced the style. She even offered to thin my hair as it's super de duper thick. My only request would be for comfier wash basin chairs, the height and recline was fine, but the bottom cushion was lacking for my short legs so my feet just kinda flopped and I had to set my lower legs spread eagle to touch the ground. So a better chair for the wash basin is my only request. They even offered me drinks (citrus water, yum) and had snack bowls in the front area- think little Halloween candy sized. Anyway, I had a lively experience and can't wait to go back!

Overall negative experience It's not as if the stylist didn't have some cutting and color skills it's that she didn't have very good communication skills and was completely incapable of making suggestions. When asked questions she simply got frustrated, confused, became short and a little rude. She in effect told me what she thought I should be happy with. Listen if your getting a cut at Great Clips then you sit in the chair and you get a basic cut, pay your $20 and leave. When you go to a Salon and pay $55 for what should be a 30 minute cut you should expect some experienced input and suggestions. This place has none of that. It's a shame it's in a good location.
