Salina Inn

Bed Bugs. We had bites and it was a familiar nightmare from a previous horrible experience. The wife caught it within minutes of going to bed and took the issue to management. They were very responsive and accommodating. They got us a new room, access to the dryer with high heat and offered a partial refund. They did everything they could and I was impressed by that. However, you can't sleep well with that nightmare in your head for several nights after. Hotels.com was a horrible to deal with and we'll likely never book through them again, but that's not this Inn's fault.The toilet in the new room would take forever to refill the tank and flush. The complimentary breakfast had no juice, no fruit and nothing but basic carbs. The sausage gravy for the biscuits and gravy was good and the waffles were just fine, but it was definitely not a complete breakfast.

As they were cleaning out an Old room as I was going into a new one. The one of my shoes is missing a Bluetooth speaker. My friend's close and miscellaneous items are all missing. So I asked housekeeping. Where is my Other shoe I point at my Feet, they rub their shoulders and say I don't know. Talk to owner. A little while later, the maintenance guy who is actually amazing. The best worker there brings me my other shoe speaker and similar stuff. Can't remember it all....tub didn't work right in my last room luckily my friend fixed it enough so we could shower.i loved ghetto manager n the beginning. At the end of the stay I am making the decision to LEAVE first cpl red flags....don't be okay with nasty Ness and things u hVe to miss out on because they lied online..also no Breakfast. 0/10. Sucks

Definite improvement on the change in management since the last time I stayed. Multiple upgrades, very clean motel, larger new fridge, microwave, better mattress and chairs/furniture. Helpful, friendly housekeeping/manager. Parking area has more security cameras and better lighting than last time. Very quiet comfortable room. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. I would definitely stay there again.
