What a disappointment! The soup was missing from my order as well as several vegetables described with the chicken. The chicken sauce tastes burnt. My "sweet and sour" was a tiny portion and the nuggets were so fried and greasy and not edible. I absolutely will not be returning.

I believe this business is closed. Therefore I can't comment except that it was pretty good when it was open.

Love this place! Great staff and family friendly. My go to is always the rice dish. We also enjoy the egg rolls. The ice tea is the bomb and wish they sold it by the gallons!

First time I came to the Saigon, I was in pain. The food I received was healing, it was so delicious.

A real sleeper restaurant with super yummy food. I was hesitant because of reviews but my friends said it was really good. I was totally impressed. The service was good, the place was bright and light, prices just right and everyone was happy with order (8 of us). Give this place a visit and enjoy. Something for everyone.

Used to eat here in the 2000's, but started working in a different part of town and lost touch. I ate here for the first time in probably 8 years, and was skeptical. Parking lot was pretty full, and the interior had a nice remodel since I was in last. I ordered Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio, as I do at every Vietnamese restaurant. I gotta say, I was really impressed. The food was fresh, the portions were large, and most importantly, tasted great! I see lots of issues here in the reviews, mainly with the service. I've never really had problems here, yes, the owner/cashier is a little gruff or unfriendly, but it shouldn't stop you from eating here. This isn't Applebee's, don't expect a hostess to fawn all over you when you arrive.

Bun no hue had a soapy / detergent smell to it, asked for a new bowl.. same thing. Rude service. Pho was below average, lacking flavor, meat and aromatics. Nothing spectacular. Decor isn't half bad.

I'm Vietnamese and my family likes to cook. When I want authentic Viet food, I can easily tell someone at home to make me what I want. However, when you're with a large group of people and each person wants a different dish, it's probably better to go to a restaurant.We had family from out of town over and since it was their last day in Wichita, we decided to have lunch at Saigon Bistro because it was spacious. My family told me to go first to get seats. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly server. She asked me how many people and I said 20. She looked confused. They put some tables side by side so that all 20+ of us could sit by each other. It was a disaster. It seemed like they were overwhelmed, which was odd because we've brought bigger groups here before. Maybe the workers were new. Who knows.I ordered a bowl of grilled pork noodles with shrimp and egg rolls. I was one of the first people to order. Thirty minutes later after everyone got their food there was still nothing in front of me except a glass of water (with ice, even though I specifically said I didn't want ice). The girl came back and asked if I ordered grilled pork noodles. I said yes and she went back into the kitchen. It appeared like they had forgotten to put in my order. I was hangry.I eventually got my food and was happy again. Food here is relatively cheap and the portions are big. I'm not sure how I feel about bringing large groups here though. Service is below average but probably not the worst either.

Visited this location yesterday & ordered their Bun Bo Hue. They serve it with basil, jalapeños, bean sprout & cilantro. The broth was very flavorful. I got cafe au da (iced coffee). Food & service was good.

New please we stop in to get a quick fix of pho. The place is okay we had to wait a little bit before they would come take our order. Once we got the spring roll out it was the greasy thing ever!
