Great service and great food! I've been in to eat several times over the years and sabor never disappoints!

VEGAN REVIEWProbably one of your best bets in Witchita. I had the polenta vegetarian platter, split the guac with my friend. both were ok-- kind of generic/bland. drinks were a bit sweet for my liking.service was friendly, definitely attentive to dietary restrictions. casual ambiance. this is a local favorite!

5 star service. Our server was so cheerful and attentive and she made our meal fun. Casual Latino dining which seemed mainly Salvadorian inspired but I could be wrong as many elements were on the menu. The margaritas were not worth it. The mix that their bartender is said to make from scratch, tastes identical to bottled mix and the drink was huge but didn't have detectable tequila. Wish they offered you an option to customize a high end margarita from scratch. Coconut shrimp app came with curtido and a sweet not spicy salsa. Very tasty but no real coconut flavor and would like spice in the salsa so this seemed more like some Hawaiian type app (minus the curtido)--very good but missed the mark. The pupusas were first rate and amazing! Pulled pork and cheese with a tangy chile sauce and black beans with a plantain crisp was just delicious! The sauce next to the pupusa was soooo good. Could just drink it!Dining partner loved the paella. I didn't try but to my eye this was def not true to a Spanish dish. But it was tasty to that diner who loved it. Portion sizes were generous...no room for tempting desserts. The ambience was warm with a bunch of people and everyone upbeat and enjoying it. So we would return when back in the area. But just forget the margs.

The service was great! But the food was necessarily anything to rave about and lunch with drinks came to over $120. It wasn't worth that price point. I would go once scratch it from the list and not go back- the restaurant as well as the restrooms were clean and I did enjoy the overall vibe.

Great place in Wichita KS. Walking distance from hotels. The food was great and plentiful. Very fresh and tasty. The menu was easy to read and the choices were plentiful. Then Ceviche shrimp appetizer was very well done. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent, the restaurant was more open and felt kind of cafeteria like, bright and noisy, still a very nice experience.

The Mojito had 2 mint leaves and they were not muddled so no mint flavor. The churrasco tacos- the portion was good. The meat was tender but had no flavor. I don't like a lot of heat but this had zero. My friend had to add salt and pepper to her. So it was a bland meal.The service was good. She replaced my friend's drink and gave her more strawberry purée.The ambiance is fine. Tables outside and inside. There was a mariachi band but they stayed around one table outside.

Fantastic dinner here! I had the plantain and pumpkin seed crusted mahi, lightly spicy and full of flavor. The side of risotto paired with it nicely. Lively at Pleasant atmosphere. Service was very good.

We came here on a Sunday evening for some pre-dinner cocktails. We sat at the bar and we were greeted by the very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. She advised us that most of their cocktails were signature recipes made in house. We tried the white sangria and the House margarita, and both were delicious.

Absolutely delicious vegetarian options - four entrees! Fabulous plantain chips and generous sangria pours. Friendly, helpful server, too.
