I found this place when I needed a Uhaul Truck. They have many RV supplies and some nice local products as well. I was treated very well, and the staff were helpful and went out of their way to help me find something for our RV. My only disappointment was the lack of signage from the highway!

This place will take you by surprise! A staff member, Debbie gave me a tour of the store that was very impressive. They have a large inventory of everything a traveler or camper might need! The store: Ice cream, ice, coffee, food, snacks, gifts, candles, RV supplies, and WOW do they have Traeger supplies, grills, and accessories. I've never seen so many Traeger products in one place! You name it, they've got it when it comes to Traeger. Duck Nuts. Yum. Buy extra because they are addicting! The one thing I wish they had is a reverse osmosis water dispensing machine. It's so much less hassle than buying all those bottles of water-and creating more trash-not to mention better quality water for consuming. They also have Mexican food freshly made under the tent on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 5pm to 8pm. It's not Tex Mex, it's the real deal authentic Mexican food and it's so tasty. Priced reasonably too. I would suggest calling before going just in case dates and times might have changed. It's a BYOB. Seating is picnic tables or take it to go. Rutlader's is the best kept secret in the countryside outside of Louisburg. If you're traveling on Highway 69, it's an easy quick stop in the wildlife area near a big lake. Beautiful area!

Wonderful staff. Clean facilities. Great prices. Have not had any problems. Power went out in most of the park and they opened up the club house so people could stay in air conditioning.

Great VERY clean park. We used the park sort of as home base while we visited family in Louisburg. It worked well for us because it was close to their house and a quick drive downtown Kansas City. Grounds were well kept and shower house was very clean and secure with electronic lock for access. Very level pull-through site, quickest set up I think we've ever had. Great internet service, we were able to stream Amazon movies over WiFi. Will definitely return.

This is a great rural location just off of US 69 Highway south of Kansas City and north of Fort Scott. They have 72 full-service spots next to a music theater with weekend shows. Less than 1 mile from a state lake and less than 7 miles from the City of Louisburg. Near five wineries, Civil War historic sites, Louisburg Cider Mill, public observatory and tiger park. Free WiFi.

We paid for a month in May 2016 and had a very bad experience. We will never return. Park storefronts are all empty and running down, much like a ghost town. Many full-timers, no trees, much like a parking lot with RVs jammed in close together. Sites and are all graveled, meaning dust blows when it is dry and RVs settle down in the mud if it is wet. Wi-fi comes and goes, as in many RV parks, but owners seem unconcerned. The maintenance people are nice, but they seem to be afraid of the owner, who is apparently one of those "my way or the highway" guys. We pulled our motorhome forward into our space so we could see the pond and the birds around it in the morning. The owner had a fit the next day and made us turn it around so all we could see were the other RVs. The only grocery store is eight miles north of the park. Cameras are not only used for security, but also to spy on park visitors. We were warned by several people that we would get in trouble if we didn't keep a leash on our crippled old dog, because they would catch us on the spy cameras. Would have left the second day if we hadn't made the mistake of paying for a month.
