Rusty Barrell Supper Club

One of my all time favorite places to go eat. The steaks are always amazing and the drinks are on point. The staff is fun and always very respectful.

You get what you pay for! If you are looking for a light or cheap meal, go elsewhere. But if you are looking for an amazing steak dinner with all of the fixings and a nice atmosphere - this is your spot. While it might be a little tricky to find due to the speakeasy vibes, if you park in the lot on the very side of the plaza you'll see it. Plenty of parking too in the lot. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jessica who so graciously welcomed me despite my showing up close to closing time. I got to sit upstairs on a quiet night and have most of the place to myself, including the AMAZING salad bar that had more premium ingredients than I ever expected. I ordered the 10oz prime rib which was definitely larger than I expected as well. So tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. I have seen other reviews complaining about the price, but for $43 (which includes that massive salad bar and a fantastic baked potato) you get every bit of your money's worth. I ate leftovers throughout the next day. This was a wonderful experience for me as an out of towner - I really think everyone here takes pride in what they do and what they serve. I was looking for a big, fat delicious steak in Oklahoma and I was overly impressed with Rusty Barrell. Jessica really made my experience top notch - big thanks to her and the kind staff who stayed behind to keep this place open even later than what the website tells you. Must stop if anywhere near the Ponca City area!

This is our weekend go to spot. Erica makes the best cosmo. Great steaks and great salad bar. Thank you Tammy for helping my sisters from NJ get us a gift card. Love this place

I just love this place. The bar is fun and the food is usually good. Our reservation was at 7, but we had drinks in the bar first. Our waitress in here was excellent and very patient with my elderly family. At a few minutes until 7, the waitress came in from the restaurant and said we needed to get to our table because there were reservations behind us. Uhhhh, okay. We ate our food which the prime rib was good, but had way too much fat on it. Then we got dessert and were having a great time. At 8:10, I saw a family come in and our waitress was talking to them and motioning towards our table. The whole family stared over at us. At 8:20, our waitress came over and asked if we were heading into the bar. I told her no, we were leaving soon as my mom and my aunt came out of the bathroom. She said, "well, there are people here with reservations at 8:30 and we need to seat them." An upscale restaurant that we spent hundreds of dollars in tonight, and she's herding us out like a bunch of cattle!! Just terrible!! My family had never been to the Rusty Barrel before, and this happened! This waitress needs to be educated on how you treat good paying customers. This happened Friday night. Middle aged waitress with glasses and bangs that kept getting in her eyes. Please don't treat your good paying customers like this!I seriously hope the owners see this.

Love love love the old school salad bar here. I could make a meal of just salad and all the great accompaniments.Although if I did that I would be missing out on a good steak or a really good pork chop.The service has been somewhere between fantastic and amazing each visit and make sure you have a tumbleweed for dessert.A few minor inconsistencies on food prep keep this from being a 5 star rating but all day long 4.5.I'll keep coming back when I'm lucky enough to be in PC!!

it's a little overpriced, but the food is excellent. They have expanded and also have a bar downstairs which is a totally separate room from where you eat, which is different. Services is always amazing with a smile.

Great hidden gem! I wish I would have taken pics of my food. One of the best steaks I've ever had, grilled to perfection. Has an old time steak house feel. Great service and environment. Jen has been out waitress the last couple of times and she has been one of the best!! She gives great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of when we moved to the lounge. Kerri is an awesome bartender and brings out the drinks personally when she can. Please try the Tumbleweed. It is a great topper to your meal! Will definitely be back on my next business trip there!

Overall a good place especially in PC where everything is takeout of fast food to the grave hell.

Wonderful for someone who is used to this atmosphere! Being from Chicago we loved the speakeasy bars and restaurants mood.

Amazing! Had steak and it was delicious. I moved here from California and this is the best restaurant in Ponca so far.
