Rustic Roastery

I bought a two pound bag of their coffee beans so I can enjoy the BEST coffee in Kansas.

Fantastic local coffee shop and eatery with a great vibe. My party tried two coffee drinks, a matcha lemonade, and a smoothie. Everything was great! We plan to try the lunch menu soon.

Wonderful coffee shop with great food to go with it. They recently paired with a bakery which has only made it better. If you are going by Galva on fifty-six highway, I would suggest you make a quick visit. You more that likely won't be disappointed.

This coffee shop is in a really neat building with tasteful rustic decorations! We were a bit confused, though, by the name... it's now called the Coffee Shed instead of Rustic Roastery. The barista was kind and helpful. I enjoyed the red eye that I ordered, and though my boyfriend's latte was a little on the sweet side, it was good! The loft above the shop was perfect to sit and relax. We would definitely come again!
