You are paying for a posh atmosphere. Don't fall for the "blueberry facial"! What a joke!

My wife and I are new to the state of KS and we took our dogs here for the first time today. At the time of pickup we were told our little baby boy Winston was "difficult" which seemed weird because he loved going to the groomers where we're from... we chalked it up to being at a new groomer. While he was in the backseat on the drive home my wife happened to notice a red mark on his rear leg. When we got home we looked at it and wow... My face it beat red pissed off and to be frank, they're lucky we didn't see this when we were there. They said "he was difficult" and then they said "please leave us a review"... usually I'd have called the company to let them know what happened but they completely failed to mention they cut our dog in several areas and he has a deep gash like cut too... you ask us to leave a review, but you fail to mention that you hurt our dog pretty bad?? Wth... maybe if you would have been upfront about what happened, then you'd get a somewhat positive review, but you failed to take accountability and now we'll never be back to your business. You cant just hurt peoples dogs like this and not bring it up, but to top it off you have the nerve to ask us to leave a review... wow... just wow. This is bad enough for 2 stitches at least and you want a review!!!!

Izzy looks great! I took my labradoodle here to get a full groom. She was very matted after the holidays, so I knew her hair was going to be very short. The staff was very friendly and pays so much attention to details. I've never been this happy with her haircut. Not only did she look great but she smells sooooooo good! They cleaned her ears better than I expected so I was very pleased! All around the experience was great and I would highly recommend taking your fury friend here!! Also, the inside is so cute. I love that they have play pens instead of being in kennels when they arrive. Izzy was able to socialize with other dogs and that's always fun! Thank you guys!!

The ladies at Royal Heirs Pet Spa were so nice! Our pug was taken well care of. She had her nails cut perfectly, her coat looked beautiful and shiny, and she smelled amazing. It was an amazing experience all the way around. The customer service and kindness really made it extra special. We would completely recommend Royal Heirs! It was our first time there and we will be going back.

Shoutout to Polly from Royal Heirs Pet Spa!I've been taking my dogs to her shop for several years now but on the last scheduled visit my elderly Newfoundland had a seizure before I could get her in, but Polly was kind enough to offer to make a trip out to my home to groom her there. Polly came to my house the other night after a long day working at the shop to groom my sweet ol'dog which was extremely helpful, thoughtful, caring, compassionate, kind, and gracious of her.If you're in need of a place to take your best friend to be groomed, I highly recommend Royal Heirs Pet Spa. Their shop has a clean, open concept, and the staff are polite and friendly as well as very good at what they do. Their pricing is very reasonable, too!

Take all my dogs here. They do a great job! Also they grind their nails instead of clipping- no more rough edges!

I've been taking my dog here for a year I think he's been 4 times now. Usually he comes home soft,clean, and smells so good. Today he was damp, shedding horribly, and had rust on his face from being in the kennels in the back. I paid $70 and still need to brush and blow dry him. He does smell good and his grinch feet were trimmed nicely along with his toe nails.

Always make my pup Eevee looks fluffy and well trimmed. They have been my go to for close to two years
