Rowans Flowers & Gifts

Tried calling several times and got answering machine that directs you to their web site, then hangs up on you.Tried to go to website - got 404 Error. Tried 3x times from different perspectives including the YELP link. I'm going to Derby Floral!

Did not deliver when they said they would and delivered day after. Made no apologies and were rude.

I received two arrangements from Rowans. On one the roses were fully opened when received the other had so many small flowers it was bushy. The worse part was they were not a round arrangement like they show on their web site, but one side had no flowers and was flat. It couldn't be displayed on a coffee or dining table.

I placed an order online with Rowan's Flower shop on a Thursday for delivery on Friday to a business in Augusta, KS 28 miles away. I received a phone on Friday at 4:00 pm stating that Rowan's does not deliver to Augusta. This did not allow me to make other arrangements as it was too late in the day for same day delivery from any other flower shop. Highly disappointed in the delayed response and the inability to deliver less than 30 miles away.
