Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Wichita

Trash customer service and rude security. Shouldn't even be open up if they can't even talk to customers like a person.

Not a great experience. Bowling was quite overpriced. Came with six people, was not offered a second lane. We payed for 90 minutes which costs more than two games. When we realized we weren't going to make it even halfway through the second game I asked if we'd be able to just finish the second game since we paid more already, did not ask for any other compensation. I was told they don't make any accommodations whatsoever and I "should have used two lanes so you could uses all your time". Even though I was told that was not an option. Is what it is, should have just bought two games. Either way will just go to an actual bowling alley next time. Live and learn and don't come back.

Over priced first time there not explainEd in how the programs work but time limit can only play a few games locked out on the fun games was not told until after the purchase that only green machine will be able to use. worst money I have spent food over priced drinks over priced games it's not the way I would ever do business nor will I ever be doing business with this place again

I brought my kids here today and we had such a blast! It took a while to get our food but in all honesty, it was worth it. Either we've been so socially isolated from the COVID pandemic or their food was really good. I actually felt like it was us visiting Disney. We got nachos, a drink, 2 single scoops ice cream & churros. The churros were better than Disneyland & the ice cream scoops were huge for only $1! Not to mention the nachos were enough to feed 5 of us. The bowling area was so clean, staff was super friendly. The bathroom & game area was really clean & had hand sanitizer everywhere. The quality of items is worth the price.

Me and my bf would come here to bowl whenever we were bored and it was a lot of fun. Until about a couple months or so ago they hired new staff for the night shift. All the workers before were super chill and actually talked to us. Though they hired a new girl I believe sometime in December. I can't remember her name but she's blonde and not the nicest person. I asked for a cup of water and she said the kitchen was closed and I can go to the water fountain. So i assumed all the machines in the kitchen were shut down. So i asked for a cup. Which she replied how she can't take anything out of the kitchen after it's closed. This frustrated me as the previous MANAGER and fellow coworkers would've just either made me a water or provide me a cup. The manager turned the corner and stepped into the altercation and literally made me a water right in front of our faces. After he handed it to me, the girl rolled her eyes and I could hear her talking about me as I walked away. After that, we slowly stopped going back.

If you want plans for a fun Saturday night, I'd recommend Dave & Buster's or the Alley instead. Not the worst place I've been to, but it's a "bowling alley" functions more as an arcade than a bowling alley. You could play the same games at Dave & Buster's. I didn't bother with the bowling because it's $40 PER PERSON to bowl, whereas it's much more reasonable at the Alley. We waited half an hour for a sub-par pizza to be ready. Beer wasn't bad though, that's one positive thing about this place. Otherwise, not a place I'd revisit in the near future.

This is a terribly managed bowling alley. The shoes are horrible, the lighting is so annoying you can hadly focus on bowling. My grandsons and i could not even get through one(1) full game because we kept falling down as the shoe stuck so bad. I was told i could get a partial refund, but then the manafer refused. Horrible customer service.

I use to love coming here and the soft opening was amazing but recently this newer management is God awful... I placed an order for food at the kiosk and waited 20 minutes before walking up the food counter just to have the guy give me attitude and tell me off. I showed my receipt when he realized he hadn't even started the order yet! 45 minutes later the food was out and there was no line. The manager was even worse when I explained the situation having not a care in the world for my experience. Terrible service, terrible food, over priced food, and to top this all off the gang violence in the area makes you feel unsafe and unwelcome. You are better off going to Dave and busters.

Dave & Busters but better and newer! Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we're in Wichita
