Roth Heating & Air

Hired Roth Heating & Air to recently clean my hvac duct work. Omg, amazing! Professional, personable, attentive to my needs and wants, very thorough, and affordable. Rick and Alex were wonderful! I never knew Roth offered this power vac cleaning service, but am glad I do now. The past 2 duct cleaning services, I thought, were very good. Not anymore! I was shocked what Roth gutted out of my ducts...gross. I highly recommend Roth (Wichita, KS) for your duct work cleaning services.

lets start with the positives not many but lets start there. he showed up, he was knowledgeable at ac units, but that's about the extent of the good here is what i am in shock about a 230$ bill for a littlr over a hour of simply testing three thing s relay which i told him i seen it smoking . heres the kicker tho. he replaced nnot one part and it still doesn't work. yes so poeple please be careful and dont use roth heating and cooling. they will overcharge the heck outt ya not to mention the guy didnt even put my outside unit back together, very unprofessional

I had a 25 year old furnace and AC in my old 1920 bungalow that went out. I called several companies to get quotes. One didn't call back for a week. I had an initial quote from another company and the representative was moody and passive/aggressive and I just couldn't give that company my business.Then I looked at the sticker on my old system and it was originally installed by Roth. I gave them a call and Joseph came out the next day and gave me a quote and gave me an awesome deal on a close out 3 stage furnace (it's summer). When the day came for the install a whole team came to tear out the old system, pour a new concrete pad for the AC outside, and they had to make all kinds of changes to the ventilation and condensation lines to bring it up to current code. It's an old house and I'm sure it wasn't an easy job. But every single person who works for Roth from the ladies in the office to the sales team to the team of installers is wonderful. Not only did they do great work and installed a very quiet and efficient Ruud system, they did it with kindness, professionalism, a great attitudes in stifling heat.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and competitive pricing. After firing my old hvac company I have found a new one. I called them on a recommendation from my neighbor and couldn't be more pleased.

They sent a technician, Brandon, who was prompt and very helpful. He did a great job which pleased my tenant greatly because it was a cold day. He kept me abreast of the situation which was also appreciated.

I've used Roth many times over the years and have always enjoyed their courteous attitudes and felt like they performed their work well. They are a little pricier than some other HVAC companies in town, however they show up on time, their technicians are professional and clean, and when they leave everything is working as it should.
