Roots Juice Co & Wellness Studio

I stopped by Roots yesterday for a post-workout shake. The staff was extremely friendly, the shake was delicious and the establishment had a great vibe to it. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for some healthy options.

I love everything they have here Juice , Tea, yoga, friendliness, and so much more. Having the charcoal juice today. Doing a little detox. Highly recommend this place. Amazing people. More than happy to help you. I had the positiviTEA last time and was amazing. Pictures is the charcoal mix.

Always a gem, and continues to blossom. I don't like chai, yet love their CBD chai latte. I don't like fruit leather or dried fruit, yet love their fruit roll ups. Juices and smoothies are top notch, and now they serve tasty salads, sandwiches, and soups. They also have a wellness studio where different classes are held. A must for anyone living near or traveling through or to Garden City, KS. Located on Main Street near some interesting little shops too, and a nice park. You can grab your drink and take a stroll or hang out inside or on their back patio. The owner is super knowledgeable and such a kind person. A wonderful place, tasty, healthy, and has vegetarian friendly options.

This place is awesome and obviously the happening place to be judging by it being packed on a random Thursday morning. I just took my first gentle yoga class here, and it was really great. Evidently, the first class is free which is cool so you can check things out with no obligation to buy a package. However, I can't wait to check out the other classes offered. I also decided to jump right in and try a juice cleanse. I was expertly packed several bags of juice. Evidently, every three day cleanse packs 100 pounds of produce! Wow! I tried the first juice already called Liquid Sunshine to replace the electrolytes lost during my gentle yoga class. Delicious! This is going to be fun!

Incredible juices and smoothies! Great service. The staff are educated in nutrition and can help you choose the right fix for anything that ails you. Be sure to stop in!

This place is an oasis of health in a semi-arid foodie place. When you get tired of going to local mexican food or chain restraunts go here...or just skip the other places and go here. Fresh pressed juices. Smoothies. Tea. Bullet-Proof Coffee. Seriously, go here to get the good stuff. We sampled juices (all good) and I had a smoothie... great.

I stopped in after a hair appointment and a recommendation from my stylist. I had been following their Instagram page for a while now. I am very pleased with my experience. I got a Berry Bomb smoothie and it is delicious! The person working was very helpful in recommending me things and was incredibly polite. I highly recommend Roots Juice Co!

love everything here, however there prices went up. for a juice it was about $8 and then it went up to 13 now. i unfortunately won't be coming as often as I would of liked due to that.

This place just took Garden City up a notch! So refreshing (literally) and a hidden gem that you would never expect to find in a town like this! Alicia (who seems to own/run it) was so great, she basically poured us 10 samples right away when we walked in! The sign of a great business is when they want you to try their product more than they care about when you're going to pay them! My only hope is that I could have been in town longer to go to a yoga class ‍ prices aren't bad either considering the small town size and how much juice bars can charge!
