Rolling Meadows Public Golf Course

This golf course is in excellent shape. Greens are fast. The staff in the pro-shop were very helpful. There were many out on the Saturday we were there, so play was a little slow, but the scenery and ponds on the course let you take in nature while you are waiting. Highly recommend this 18-hole course.

If you enjoy 5 hour rounds playing behind 6somes this is the place for you. Today, one 9 closed, playing behind two sixsomes and a 5 some. After taking more than 90 minutes to play 6 holes I surrendered. This is not an isolated circumstance. I frequently play there and fivesomes are the norm. Slow fivesomes. Today was cart path only, making it much worse. Play there if you do not care how long it takes. No ranger, ever, that I have seen. I stupidly paid my year in advance in case you are wondering why I torture myself.

It's so hard to have a good time here when you're morning starts off with the most grumpy and rude employees they could have hired. Every single time I good here, no one is in a good mood and they're just straight up rude and grumpy. Even at $15 on their discount days, it's BARELY worth it to play here. I'm constantly having to pep talk myself into talking to their miserable staff. Please find another place to golf, because you are NOT welcome here. That's the vibe this place and it's people give off.

Great public golf course. Fairways were lush (compared to some other courses in the area). Greens were being worked but still rolled true. Course provided some elevation along with nice views of what I presume were lakes. Fellow golfers were very welcoming to a visitor. Highly recommend this course!
