Rockborough Apartments

Old and lack of update or basic care. I lived there twice in the same unit. Nothing had been fixed in 8 years. Carpet was worn and on the stairs, you constantly cut your feet on the tacks sticking through. The trash is always overflowing and blowing everywhere, definitely a health hazard. Paid parking is a joke because people park in your space & nothing is really done about it. They make up charges and send a huge bill once you move out. I would NEVER live there again. Worst place I have ever lived. I would give negative stars if I could.

This place is not only disgusting and overpriced, it's dangerous. People are getting killed her, massive groups of people attacking each other in the parking lot, security rarely shows up, people breaking into cars. They will not fix issues, they have had a collapsing ceiling in the hall of building one that I have emailed about a few times and it's soaks the floor and the wood on the stairs is being soft and dangerous. Now they are raising the rent, it's genuinely laughable. Now I'll say this. The office staff is good, Tanya was always respectful and kind. I don't blame them, I blame their corporate office that won't pay to take care of the building they keep charging more for. Live anywhere else. Trust me.

Rockborough Apartments has many problems. One being they are infested with rats and mice. If that's your sort of thing I'd HIGHLY suggest living there.
