Best apartments in all of Wichita and surrounding areas. Management was awesome and easy to work with. They definitely treat people like humans and not like a big corporation would. Never had any problems with work orders they typically come the same day. Apartments are clean and pest free.

Great customer service. Love the community events. Our unit is spacious and up to date. The location can't be beat!

I moved here 5 months ago and I am loving it!! If you are looking for a fun, friendly, relaxing place this is the perfect apartment complex for you! Everything is so convenient in terms of location, view, amenities and FUN events! Highly recommended!

LIVING IN SHAMBLES NOT LUXURY!! There was a pipe that burst in December 2022 and multiple units sustained water damage. Some of the tenants had damage to their property as well. We have substantial to mostly opened ceilings ,since January 2023 and they have continued to charge us rent with out making concessions to offer accommodations for some tenants. They tend to be short or offer long winded excuses for basic demands to cure or rectify the current situation .We signed leasing contracts for luxury living but the current state is like abandoned or unfinished homes. There are electrical wires exposed ,significant open ceilings that have been left opened with insulation hanging In some cases.The worst part is they had the audacity to ask you to sign a release of liability in "exchange" for fixing it. In exchange was the kicker as if they expected human beings to live in this current uninhabitable conditions. The current state is so crazy and the manager Cody is a mess and continues nonsense dialogue that is not offering concrete solutions or time frames just excuses. He literally tried to downplay the situation as if he would live in ruins under opened insulation or random pieces of plastic , wires and pieces of wood showing.Some of the units have flooring that has been removed from the water damage, when you walk there you literally almost get stuck to the ground because of the tacky glue. Our energy bills have also risen beceasue of the high utility blowers to dry the moisture and exposure . The treatment of the tenants is pathetic ! To think that you're paying close to $2000 a month to live like an animal is sad and they continue to collect rent. Do not opt to live here

I love the modern interior & honestly can't complain about ever hearing anyone be too loud. Appreciate the events hosted by management & the way management stays involved with residents. Everything seems to get fixed quickly. I will say, the entrance gate often doesn't work, which makes me more uneasy. Overall, would recommend this apartment complex!
