I was looking for outdoor patio furniture. I had seen their products at the State Fair. I first sent an email this spring asking some questions and heard back very promptly. Then I visited in person and made a purchase. Patricia is so knowledgeable and helpful. The Lux Craft products are so well made. I have to wait about four weeks to get my glider but am anxious for it to come!
