I had an external hard drive enclosure I couldn't get open. I took it in a they helped free the hard drive to put in a new enclosure. They help answered all my questions and didn't charge me for just opening and free the drive form all the connections. They were extremely helpful and to me seemed knowledgeable in the issue I was having

The techs at this location (one of three different locations in Wichita!) couldn't have been kinder nor more helpful to a dear friend's elderly mother. Yup, the techs here did all they could to make Mrs. Baker's visit a thoroughly pleasant one from start to finish!

My computer would crash after 20 minutes of playing games and I was able to find out myself that the CPU was overheating to 115C but I wasn't sure why. The technicians at Ribbit confirmed my suspicions and told me that my liquid cooling pump had gone out and that it needed replaced. After confirming repairs with me beforehand, they commenced work and had my computer done within a few hours-- I had originally expected a few days for repair so this was a huge relief to get my desktop back the same day. If I ever have another issue or need repairs I'll be coming back here.

I had problem with an app on my laptop computer and dropped in at the North Rock Road store. Bryan quickly and correctly diagnosed my problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Ribbit for your sales and service needs.

This boutique has the best customer service and computer products anywhere! How they stay in business I don't know! If you have a minor problem, they are likely to fix it for free!!!!!! It is the only place i go, and have gone there for years. But my computers are so well maintained by them that I rarely have to go there.......Maybe once every year or two!!!Robert

I went into the 3433 N Rock Road location today. My problem was a major challenge to me, but the young man who helped me knew immediately what needed to happen and he fixed it right there on the spot! This is actually about the fifth time I have been in this store where they have been able to resolve my issues, quickly and fairly.

Fixed my iPad quickly at no cost! Good attitude and good customer service service! I will be back again with any issues!

I brought in a Logi keyboard to the 3433 N Rock Rd Ste 105 Wichita, KS location. Initially, I was advised that services were not provided for keyboards, particularly those of the age mine was. However, the technician was willing to take a quick look at the problem I idenitifed and found the solution within seconds. There was no charge for his expertise and effort, and I was on my way with a working keyboard within minutes of my arrival at the store. Clearly, I was 100% satisfied with the experience.

I had taken my MacBook to Ubreakifix on Greenwich and they were trying to charge me $100 and a month long wait. Said no, and took it here and they plugged my MacBook in and told me it was dead and I needed a new charger. No charge, they do good business, visit them!

I brought in my laptop because it has been crashing constantly. I had already paid another company who charged me $120 to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The guy at Robbit listened to my issues and ran a quick test on it and said he is pretty confident that it is the program I'm using that is causing the crashing and not the computer itself. he didn't even charge me.... so thank you for your great customer service.
