When you walk into this brightly lit coffee shop, you are greeted with kindness and smiles, and an impressive menu for a small coffee shop. In addition to the warm friendliness of the staff and the tastiness of the food and drinks, the space allows for connection with friends and family in private little nooks that are adorably decorated.

There's no question about the best coffee in Hillsboro - Rhubarb Market offers locally roasted coffee and delicious fresh-baked treats! The staff are friendly and the space is beautifully decorated. Once you step into the shop you are transported to a swanky cafe with hometown feel. I went twice in during my visit to Hillsboro and I will certainly go back every time I am there! They offer a great variety of drinks, including coffee, espresso, teas, smooties, and more. Our group shared a selection of muffins, scones, and donut holes. I think my favorite was the banana chocolate chip muffin or the fresh peach scone... but all of them were delicious. I am so glad Rhubarb Market has graced Hillsboro with it's quality coffee and food and I hope they stick around for a long time to come!!

Very cute and clean coffee shop. Their baked goods are delicious. My favorite coffee drink is their Kamikaze. Lots of caffeine in it. Mmmm.The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I wish they were open every day of the week!!

If I opened my own coffee shop, I would model it after Rhubarb. So much seating. You feel like you're in a warm, welcoming house. This is truly a gem in a small town. The scones are some of the best around and their quinoa salad was delicious. The cinnamon rolls are huge! They make different items every time they're open. My only complaint is that they aren't open more days because we travel from KC and can't always get there in time for Saturday morning. I know they need time off to bake their amazing items and relax. Their coffee is wonderful as well. A wonderful meeting place for locals.

Rhubarb is amazing for the small town of Hillsboro. Amazing coffee, always homemade cookies, muffins, etc. they recently started doing lunch! And the decor in this place is to die for! It's a Hillsboro gem!

We have had the pleasure of visiting Rhubarb's several times this month. The selection of food and specialty drinks is exceptional. Great quality, tasty homemade food and reasonable prices. Very good value. The staff are patient and kind. Highly recommend!
