If you use this company be sure to have them itemize everything before you pay them any money. Our home was damaged by a tornado and after fighting with our insurance company we were eager to have our home fixed. We very naively paid an invoice that was not itemized, assuming it was the total amount(except any upgrades, which there were none).Months later after the roof is fixed, we get another invoice and as it turns out Rhoden roofing has been in contact with our insurance this whole time and clearly found out what had been paid out to us. Since our original invoice was not itemized there was no way for us to fight this. They claim it was for extra work that had to be done when they did the roof but no one thought to mention this to us when the job was actually done so we knew this was coming? Not likely. It seems pretty clear they were waiting to see what the final payout would be so they could justify tacking on an additional $4.5k to an already $13k bill. We made some mistakes in desperation to move things along but they knew exactly how to take advantage of our situation and did just that.

This team is thorough, and cares about your home's welfare. The owners are easy to deal with, fair and kind. A roof is a huge investment and it's important to invest in a company that knows that and doesn't take the responsibility lightly.

Great company, great guys. I have been very pleased with their work in the past and will continue to work with them in the future. It is good to have a local roofer that you can trust.

I can't say enough good about Rhoden Roofing. My project was a small one but I was treated like it was huge. I was kept informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend calling Rhoden.

I contacted Rhoden Roofing for an estimate on small gutter repairs, a representative came out walked my roof, saw it was fairly new, looked at my current gutters, made several recommendations on repairs, gave us his business card, stating he would "get back" with us on scheduling: two weeks and still waiting! Don't waste my time telling me you will get back with me, then not, delaying much needed repairs.

Had a large skylight replaced today. Great service all the way around! From Erica doing a great assessment of my roofs condition and only suggesting repairs that actually needed to be made to Kendall and his installation team going above and beyond cleaning up areas that weren't part of the job. Thanks!

Contacted Rhoden Roofing off of their TV ad. John the estimator came out on a Friday to assess hail damage. Said he should have an estimate to me by the end of the next week. Hadn't received the estimate so texted him 10 days later to get an update and received no response. Called his cell number the following day and left a message - no response. So much for being an award winning Roofing and Exterior Contractor.

I just had Rhoden install my 2nd roof in 5 years. Both experiences have been flawless. They do great work and protected all my landscape while they worked. Employees were professional and did a great job with clean up as well. Highly recommend!

Was having some painting done and discovered a leak in the roof. Matt came out the next day and identified the problem and immediately took care of the problem.
