Revive Spa and Salon

Very disappointed with the was I was charged. I was told by the stylist that did my hair about a month ago to make my daughter's appointment with a different girl that she suggested. my weave was $140 and she said this other girl did not have as much experience and is cheaper. So I scheduled my 13 years old's appointment with the suggested girl. When I took her in today. I was told that she charges the same for color weave $140 and $40 to trim her ends. I made sure I told the stylist that my daughter wanted to be pretty blond. when I went back 3 hrs later, my daughter wasn't as blond as i requested and when she checked my out, my total was now $240. I said $80 more than I was told??? she said they had to use extra color. $80 for more color??? and for color that was not as blond as asked for....Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending.

The staff is ready for me when I walk in - no sitting around for 30 min waiting for them to finish the last person! Friendly and easy to find. I love the Aveda products used on my hair, too. The only drawback is that they often close before the hours shown, so there's no chance for a walk-in or even making an appt when they show they are still open.

I had a great experience with stylist Andrea. She was friendly, quirky, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for those with thick, long and textured hair. She does hair extensions

I have had the best experiences at Revive Spa and Salon. From my hair, to the body massages, or the facials, I always leave feeling pampered. My hair stylist Brandy is the absolute best! Thank you Revive salon! I will always go to you!

Had a massage and pedicure today at Revive. Both were amazing. The environment is welcoming and you feel totally pampered. Both the massage therapist and the manicurists were professional and did a really wonderful job. Great spa!

I absolutely love massages with Kasey! She is fabulous she really gets to know her clients. She asks the questions to find out how much stressIs in your life, so she can be most effective in working out problem areas and help you relax! She used aroma therapy and it's wonderful! She also remembers you as a person and makes sure it's warm and inviting! I love the warm robes and fuzzy slippers you get to slip into to relax in prior to your appointment! She also has sent home samples of stuff when she knows I have a hard week ahead! She had such a kind spirit, and wonderful hands! I will never go anywhere else, for my self-care!

I would never recommend Revive Spa and Salon. I received unprofessional service. Brandy added costs as she went along and did not notify me. I was told $85 at the beginning and ended up paying $200. My roots ended up being a completely different color than the rest of my hair. I had to get it fixed at another salon. Being very unpleased with their service ESPECIALLY at the price I paid, I contacted Jennifer the owner. Jennifer continued to apologize and state that she "was very surprised" the price was "industry standards". Jennifer has offered no help in resolving this. You go to salon to feel better as you walk out their doors not WORSE. This is not the salon to go to.

Revive Salon in Derby is fantastic! The professionals there are friendly as well as professional. I had my first appointment there with Stephanie who expertly dealt with my midlife, mature, fine and thin hair. I swear I look 10 years younger! I have a 60 minute massage appointment with Rose and an expert facial with Alex this upcoming week. I am looking forward to being totally spoiled and totally relaxed and happy!
