I always am looking for a hotel with kitchen amenities so I can cook my own meals. The front desk consultant was extremely professional and efficient. Once I got to my room, I started to unpack my food. The kitchen had food and Debris on the walls. When I opened the silverware drawer, the utensils were covered with rotten food. In addition there was dried food and debris on the pots and pans. There was food stains and debris on the furniture as well as substances stuck on the bathroom counter. There was discolored and deteriorated call all around the shower. Immediately packed up and left the hotel. I found accommodations a couple miles north. The only reason I gave it (2) stars was because the front desk consultant was extremely professional and apologetic.

We made reservations here during our recent COVID19 out-of-state move. We like to stay at Residence Inns because the rooms are always large. Included is a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a separate vanity area. Since we are moving, we had to bring our pets with us, and they let you have pets in your room with a $75 non-refundable deposit, which is nice because it can sometimes be difficult to find a hotel that accepts pets. Everything was super clean at this location and I would definitely stay here again when in the Wichita area.

This hotel was great! The room was much more than expected, enough room for 5 people. The bed was not the greatest, but worked for a quick nap. A last minute booking. Very clean, breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was attentive and quick.

I'm an SPG member, thinking Marriott would be similar in quality to the SPG hotels. Problems: first floor could not warm room to temperature. Third floor, so hot cannot cool to appropriate temperature. It was constantly in the 60s on the first floor and 80s on the third floor. The thermostat is extremely old and not really helpful. Another problem was noise. I asked to be moved only for more noise. First floor was too loud for my baby to sleep. They moved me to third floor which remained loud although slightly improved. This was in there largest one bedroom suite. Apparently they have two bedroom suites but not listed when I booked.Other smaller items: I don't pick hotels for their breakfast but the breakfast was terrible considering Homewood Suites is within 2 minute drive and has an amazing spread you'd figure breakfast would be good. I'm an elite member and get free premium internet which was super slow. Not much going for this place. Oh and there is a pool that is indoor next door at the spring hill suites but we're not allowed to use it. Strange considering we stayed at the Westin Ocean Resort in Maui and used the pools at the Westin Nanea.

The best part of the residence inn is the set up- the living room was super large and plenty of space for a pack n play without getting in the way. However, the place was rather run down and dirty. We have a son who crawls and after crawling for 10 minutes or so, his knees on his pajamas were entirely black! It made me concerned with how dirty the entire place was! Clearly the carpet needs a deep cleaning of some sort- the bathroom cabinets were discolored (lots of wear and tear)- Marriott you also need to upgrade to a nicer toilet paper- it's similar to what's in a public restroom. The best part was the fact that our son could have his own room.

We stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience. We leave our clothes packed in suitcases or closet. There were no suitcase stands in the room since there is a lot of dresser space, but they did give us 2 stands to use. Megan was very accommodating at check in. We couldn't get the tv to work and she came up to our room and had it working in no time. They also have free cookies baked on site. We were waiting to get some one afternoon and the gentleman at the desk was on a long phone call so we left and went to our room. He saw us at the pool later and brought us out cookies. The pool was very clean! Our room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Since we didn't want housekeeping while we were there, we were able to exchange our dirty towels at the desk for clean ones. They had ample parking. We were able to see our car from our second story window. Their breakfast was excellent. They had plenty of bacon everyday, waffles, fresh fruit, great blueberry muffins, hot oatmeal with all the fixings. They had scrambled eggs, salsa & cheese. They had sausage patties 2 of the 3 days, and yummy crustless frittata. They also had all the usual toast, blueberry bagels, cold cereals, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Great hotel. Thank you to the management and all the staff.

The staff were AMAZING! They were helpful and very accommodating. The location was great for what I needed. The rooms need some updating. They were not what I expected from a Marriott, and we try to only stay at a Residents Inn when we travel. This was the first time I've been disappointed in the accommodations. We had to change rooms because the bathroom door in the first room didn't close without using force. Both the first and second room we were in had rips in the curtains, the door to the room either had a poorly repaired crack or something taped up, and there was a poorly repaired tile in the shower. Again not the quality that I've experienced from Marriott's.

Stayed at this property in September. Very surprised at the poor condition, as it is a newish property. Landscaping was neglected--weeds growing in beds, no mowing during the time we were there. Room was not particularly clean, which was alarming for staying during a pandemic. The couch felt like it had not been vacuumed in some time--you could feel the crumbs!
