Remedy Spa

I cannot say enough great things about Remedy Spa! I was originally scheduled for 1/5/25, but because of the poor weather that was coming in they called to reschedule that way everyone (customers and staff) would be safe! They got me rescheduled quickly to 1/11/25. I was quickly greeted by the receptionist and offered a delicious hot chai tea to defrost from the winter weather while waiting to go back to the treatment area. I had a custom facial and dermaplane with Sherise and a 60 minute massage with Emma. This was my 3rd massage and 1st facial with Remedy Spa. In the past year, my husband and I have come in for couples massages to celebrate our birthdays, we had the pleasure of working with Erin and Demmetria at the East loaction and Natalie and Kersa at the West location. Every therapist we have worked with has been wonderful. I can't wait to go back!!

Still best massage place in town! My favorites are Jamie, Kristen G. and Susan!! These gals do not disappoint and are very kind and really do wanna see you heal and feel better!

I was just passing through Wichita and they were able to take walk ins. I walked over on a beautiful day and was greeted happily by my masseuse, who I regretfully don't remember the name of. She made me feel like molded clay so quickly I fell asleep. There was light rain and calming thunder music background noise and she also put relaxing piano music on. After leaving my muscles never felt so good. This was by far the best professional massage I've ever had! Highly recommend!!

It's 1/4/24, we are in the midst of a winter storm. The Highway Patrol and city officials just announced that road conditions are not safe, and advised the public to stay home. I called to reschedule and they told me I could come early, now, or I'd be charged, if I didn't come in. I'm going but not one second early. I will be looking for a new spa. This is horrific customer service!

Such a fantastic experience!! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage with Emma and Erica G. and it was pure bliss! We highly recommend!!

I am pretty picky on my massages. This place is lovely with wonderful customer service. I'm so glad I took a chance on this place! I've already been several times in the past month! They start on time & end on time, which I appreciate when you're essentially paying by the minute.

Hands down the best massages. I won't go anywhere else. Bought my mom a gift card for a facial and my dad a massage and they were highly impressed!
