Had to go thru a bunch of hoops just to schedule a tour, but they cancelled 30 mins before a showing. Noticed too their rent is usually inflated compared to other similar properties. One other thing: I started getting spam immediately from other entities after subscribing to their website portal.

They keep toying around when i am on a time frame due to attending WSU and living 5 hours away. I come up here every week to work and have time to view homes and make those necessary calls. If it were not for them, I'd be in a place by now.. ive been looking since after my college graduation on May 8th. And still have had no luck due to their lack of communication and unfair requirements. AFTER disclosing my finances to one lady..she literally tried to tell me that the landlord now requires me to pay 3 months rent in advance and have the deposit, then tried to up the rent $50 and the deposit $200 from the stated price (and I thought that once they have stated a price they couldn't try to up the rent upon discovering new info)!! I was like there's no way in hell. then, I had been speaking with this lady about a property for a couple of weeks and since I was back in my hometown at the time , yet again, due to lack of communication by reliance, I had a friend go view it while I was on FaceTime also seeing it. I was also sent pictures of everything. But since "I didn't see it in person" the landlord didnt want to rent it to me until I did. So, I rushed up here to see it, and by the time I got here and messaged her.. she proceeds to tell me THE NEXT DAY they leased it to someone else Then asks if I'm interested in any of their other properties. I looked and was interested in about 5 that were listed. She said one of them were leased but the other four were available. So, I set up viewings ... went and viewed 3 on that Saturday and the 4th said there were no viewing times, to leave my number and they'd let me know when there was. so, I proceeded with the viewings I had scheduled and went to see them all on that Saturday.. gave them my feedback and figured Monday ,id be hearing from them. Monday comes and nothing... no response to my feedback or questions on the houses or anything ..so I call and leave a message due to no response .. Tuesday comes, I call about 4 times , no response. Wednesday and now Thursday... called... and no response ... and after reading these reviews.. and experiencing my search situation for almost 3 months and still have nothin to show for it when I have the money just no help from the companies I've been reaching out too, reliance seems like a joke to me. I won't be reaching out to them anymore and something needs to be done about this. This needs to be shut DOWN. I've literally been staying in hotels and trying to stay positive.. but after so much expense and "no's" for this reason or that... I'm tired of it. this is ridiculous!!!

they sent us an email saying they couldn't rent ANY homes to us, the didn't give us a reason, but several things that it could be, they didnt help us in anyway. We make more than enough to rent a house, we have no evictions and we have good rental history. so in the future I will not be going back and I will be telling anyone that asks me that these people don't care enough to give you a straight answer or help beyond taking your money for a bg check.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I should have known better than to even submit an application online with this company after getting the run around when inquiring about a property and the particulars. I was basically told that once I applied for the property someone would be able to answer all of my questions. The young man that answers the phone doesn't know anything and cannot direct you to someone that does. After submitting an application I have yet to hear from someone in more than a week. After leaving a message with the gentleman that answers the phone as well as voicemails for some guy named Bill, and even sent an email, I have yet to hear from anyone. When asking when I can expect someone to call me back, I got the answer that we will return your call as soon as possible. When asked how long that might be - I was told there is not guarantee.Needless to say I am glad I will not be renting with these people and will happily take my business elsewhere.

These people LIE. These people DO NOT care about the renters. I have NEVER been late and I have rented this home I am in for 3+ years.Currently sitting with a not up to date toilet FULL of feces from LACK OF CARE. My mother on disability requires a bigger toilet, they REFUSED TO COVER THE COST told her WE ourselves as RENTERS will have to pay for this and advised her to "chop the human waste" up herself BEFORE FLUSHING.This summer i went a week without central air.Jonathan and Rachel act like a $60 late fee is nothing. When someone is low income, Its a lot. Made rent payment on Saturday, Got a text at 9:45PM TUESDAY that it did not go through, when i replied to figure out the problem, Rachel acted like I WAS BOTHERING her at home, when she in fact BORTHERED ME and not in a timely manner, That should have been handled at a more appropriate time, but these people are SO unprofessional, they dont understand that concept!They are RUDE, they waste your time- Francis was a great property manager, When this company took over they replaced my fridge and broke my screen on the way out, then tried to charge me for it, They tried to charge me a late fee on the 4th of the month when I have until the 5th. They refuse to install my ice maker even though there is all the components on my fridge THEY brought there.Ive asked for 2 years to have the neighbors limbs trimmed back as they litter my back yard, JUST got done yesterday- after 2 years of asking.They say they're coming to fix something, then randomly get a call surprise we dont have time, and nobody shows up.Last week I went 2 days without hot water for something that took 6 minutes to fix. It is non stop lies and barely fixing anything, I had to fix MY OWN ceiling fan after it was installed lop-sided, my fuse box.. You cant even shut the door on it, Another thing THEY did when they were "fixing" things. The complaints go ON AND ON...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Horrible, Rent is Due in the 1st of the Month, if Not, you will be charged $50 & then $5 every day until paid in full. Okay I thought even though normally u have until the 5th because some people only get paid every 2 weeks... Then you pay by a portal, & if for some reason it doesn't go threw, you're still charged the late fees. So Last month, I accidentally used my other back information, & it took me a few days to figure it out, so once I did, I immediately paid My Rent, & come to find out they were charging me a $5 late fee for every day of that Month even after they received there payment & Not to mention it's been over 6 months since I called maintenance to come & fix some minor things in the house, however, Outside the tree in the back yard fell on my fence, & now the fence is broken & no one has even called about any of it, but Reliance is quick to up Charge you any chance they get‼ Would Never Recommend, & I rate them at 0 Stars

Reliance property management... Hmmm what could I say, not very reliable that's for sure. A year and a half of waisted time and money. When we first moved in and delt with francis we loved it then someone name Jonathan "steped in" who had no care in the world about his tenants. He spoke to me like i was a 5 year old, he even had the audacity to tell me if I was frusterated with him I could pack my things and move out. He asked his maintance men to lie to my family and I about mold that they refuses to take care of. They have maintance men that break into your home and steal your things not to mention maintance men on drugs and come to a job drunk,. My last straw with these people was when my basement flooded with feces because they cheaply fix/rig everything and it took then 23 hours to come out and fix the problem and they didn't even clean the feces up off of my floor also they moved some people in next door to me who had roaches and then they refused to come spray! I called the city on them and the inspector had nothing nice to Say about them and especially one particular maintance man in face she knew them by name!!!!! What a POS joke company!!!!! DONT TRUST these lying people!!

My boyfriend and his Mom rents with this company and they are absolute slumlords. Their houses have many housing code violations, and a code inspector would have a heyday inside. Many of the units they rent out have electrical issues that they know about and refuse to fix even though it is very dangerous. They also have major plumbing issues like sewer lines not being capped off and leaking pipes they don't fix right in basements. There is black mold issues due to leaking pipes. Electrical outlets are loose, some don't work, and others act like they have shorts in them. In their units, half of them have broken or inoperable windows, and many are even painted or nailed shut. They don't care who they rent to and shootings and drug activity are a thing of the norm and they don't care as long as they get their rent each month. They are also known for their bug problems, many of their houses have infestations of cockroaches and bedbugs and again they don't care as long as they get their money each month. The maintenance team is a joke, when you call about a problem, they don't get back to you right away and when they do send someone out they refuse to buy anything new to fix it. Instead they use what they have to rig it any tweeker way they can and call it fixed. When you try to write a review on their Facebook page, they call you a liar and delete your review. That's how they maintain their five star review on Facebook is by deleting any negative feedback. DO NOT RENT from this company, you will only regret it.
