I just finished a one week stay at this location and I really loved it. Extremely nice folks run the place. It's extremely clean inside. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. The internet speed was great. The cable package was great for the TV. Even the shampoo was excellent! If you're in the area, this is a solid option.

Booked on priceline at one price , got to motel, staff was on the phone manager on phone was telling her to charge more than the advertised price ! Got to the room tv didn't work!!! Horrible service, dirty bathroom, used soap still there!

Watch what rate you end up paying for. Was told on the phone when we reserved the cost per night was $68.00. We were charged at total of $332.00 for 2 nights. The clerk also took a photocopy of my debit card, front and back. She said it was their policy. I demanded it back, there was no reason, the card already was charged for the entire stay. The TV's did not work. I was refunded back $108.00 for the over charge, then asked for my receipt, and was told they had no way to produce a detailed invoice on site. It was emailed to me the next day, the rates were still not correct. I contacted them and they are not honoring the $68.00/night rate. The rooms were clean and in nice condition, but at the rate that was charged we could of went to a higher end motel.

This motel rips people off all the time. Locals and police said that to us. We booked a room on booking. Com in May for June 7th to 10th. Confirmation of the reservation said $163 and some change. We get to the motel on 7th. Showed receptionist the reservation. She said it was 202.70. We argued with her and her husband about it. Then told her paying by cash. They jumped the price 230 something. We argued with that. They finally said they would let us for 207. We paid it. I asked if my card be charged. She said no. We get home on the 10th. They charged my card for 150.00. I called and asked why. They said it was the cost for 2 hand towels I used to clean up cherry limeade with. They first was going to put us in a room that was filthy. Then they put us in a different room. That room didn't have a phone in it. The lamp didn't work. Called the office complained. They said they be few minutes to fix it. Hour went by. Called them again. They said for us come get a new light bulb. My fiancee went to go get. He fell on their sidewalk. The man came back with him to the room. The man put the light bulb in and lamp still didn't work. He went got a different lamp. Their website says free continental breakfast. They don't furnish it. The ice machine was broke. No housekeeping the whole time we was there. They told us on the phone we have to ask for it. Website is very wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL AT ALL. They have alot complaints on their reviews.

I recommend not to stay here, they gave us a price of 350 for a 7 night stay and when we showed up they added a 15% tax rate and it went up to 475.00 for a double. Or they will give you one price and then jack it up or try to up sell you to a weekly rate saying its cheaper. Don't stay here, they lie about prices.

Stay away from this motel. They lied to me and ghosted me all week when I tried to discuss the hidden fees and they lied about the tax rate. I called my credit card now to dispute the charges and I am calling the better business bureau. The man I spoke to on the phone quoted me $68.00 plus tax. I had a reserved 5 rooms for a touring band. He emailed me a paper to sign with my credit card number and then never sent me a receipt. After the stay I saw the charges on my credit card were doubled. I called immediately and the same man answered the phone that I booked the rooms with and he said I had to speak to their accountant the next day. I call the next day and said I want and invoice and see where these charges are coming from. It took two more days of me asking to get my invoice. They charged almost 15% for state tax which is illegal. Charged me for cleaning each room each day and the band never stayed the second day. Then I was charged hotel fee for each room with no explanation of what this fee is for. Angelina said multiple times she needed to speak to her boss and call me back. She never called me back. I called multiple times and no one would answer so I called fr my husbands phone and they answered and then when I questioned them the phone went silent. I couldn't believe I had just been scammed. And the band refused cleaning they were there. This business should be taken away from them. Shame on them.

Booked our stay for 750 a month. Got to the hotel to check in and all of a sudden it was 999 a month because my son didn't get his own room. My son lost his job from our emergency move. They didn't honor my reservation at the amount that I was told. They were rude. I told them I only needed the room for a month but made me sign a contract for 3. Then proceeded to harass us for a 1,000 deposit. They took so much from me at check in that I didn't have enough for gas to go collect the rest of my belongings in KC so we lost almost everything we had. Telling people one price then charging another and not refunding the difference. Now they are saying that I owe them for breech of contract. They cost me everything I owned and not even feel a bit sorry for it.

Staff did not honor reservation and charged over double what the reservation was for. They were rude and full of excuses.

well if you don't have cell service trying to receive a phone call after 10pm forget it they turn the switchboard off after you ask them to leave it on.
