Average at best. Went with six people and all but the children's order was a let down. I personally got the Ruben and it was as if the person had never had an actual Ruben. The service was okay and the place has a classic small town feel.

I guess it's fine. We weren't impressed. The food wasn't great. The server was nice enough. It wasn't very clean. It felt old and dated and the food just wasn't good enough for us to have any desire to return.

Great little Mom & Pop-style diner in Harper -- very easy for us to pop in on our way back to Oklahoma City.Our omelettes were large and stuffed with ingredients, and our coffee cups never went empty.The venue itself was well appointed and clean -- always a major bonus in small town eateries.Service was fast, friendly, and efficient.We found everything we were looking for in this cute little breakfast joint!

The food is awesome, the staff is awesome. And the owner may, is my brother from another mother.I will travel out of my way to make sure I can make it to the restaurant. Five stars all the way

The Red Rooster was fantastic. I came in right after the lunch rush and the dining area was clean and ready. The staff was very friendly and attended to me right away. My order came right out and was piping hot. It was probably one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had! Would recommend the Red Rooster Cafe to anyone passing through. They have a real treasure in Harper, KS.

This was our first time here. We had heard about it from several people. Saturday am around 9am. It was packed but waitstaff still made you feel very welcomed. All the food we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. We both got the "Kitchen sink omelette " Wow big and full of flavor. We will definitely be back !!!

This is the best place in town! While staying in Harper for a month we were never disappointed with the daily specials, menu choices, including breakfast. The staff is always friendly! Don't forget to try the pie & take home some homemade pork rinds.

Great food and service, it doesn't take long to get your order, great attitudes too, I have been to Red Rooster and I recommend everyone give them a try.

Go to this place often. It has a nice breakfast and most times the lunch will be fair. The service is very good and the staff is attentive to your needs. A hometown ambiance makes this place at least 4 stars.
