Red Line go-kart & mower supply

I got 2 inner tubes from them. first tubes lasted a day and went flat while I was riding second tube didn't even air up after installing into the tire they sold me. BEWARE NO WARRANTY OR REPLACEMENTS!!!

this is a fly by night organization.! i had a push lawnmower(yardman) that lasted me 10 yrs. untill i ran over a pipe with it and bent the shaft. so i went to red line to buy a new one. boy they wer nice and friendly as could be. the mower lasted two yrs. i took the piece of crap back to them to fix. well the faces were the same but boy those friendly dispositions were gone. on top of that i had been a loyal customer for yrs. had a weedeater repaired there. now they needed a 25.00 deposit wouldnt even check to see if it was under warrenty or anything else. that tells me they try to screw their customers with high fixit bills and the customers can get there stuff fixed for a lot less elsewhere. they sell inferior eguiptment just so they can rake you for more money on repair work. i will never do business with this company again.

Worst experience with my grandkids. When I didn't buy the tires and rims due to being over priced I said thank you sir and as we were leaving I said maybe we will be back , the boys liked that big go kart. The owner replied, "you wont be back for that 5000.00 go kart if you won't buy the tires and rims... I bet you don't even have a 3000.00 dollar go kart". I said you're right, my husband can order them for half of what you are charging and we won't be back. Then he proceeded to yell across the parking lot about his great warranty and service. Ugly Rude man was a great conversation with the grandkids about customer service and manners!

DON'T buy new Kawasaki only few days later alert light on then warranty and kawasaki sening wrong parts and normal mail burnt up soo many days whole bile waste of a purchase.Service dept is not on their game never holds kawa accountable doesnt make them over night and wastes days themselves even putting in order.Now on 3 rd part and every one they send doesn't work so talking week burnt like nothing its still not fixed and probably gonna need another. Trial and error style at least some one could get on ball w over nights. Sales team is great but I wouldn't buy w this crap SERVICE.
