Red Line Auto Repair

My wife's vehicle refused to start, sitting at her workplace, and nothing I did to it made any difference. This was late on a Friday afternoon. I knew that Redline was just a couple miles away so we went there and explained our problem. Being so late in the day and week they couldn't work on it right then but offered to go get it so it wouldn't be sitting out by itself all night/weekend. We soon received a call from them that the key sensor had gone bad and it would take a day to replace as they had to order one. The next day we went there and they asked to see our other key to the vehicle. With that key it started right up! Seems the key fob itself had gone bad. Since they didn't actually "fix" it they graciously only charged us for the time spent diagnosing it; not the tow or anything else. Honestly and integrity, something becoming rare nowadays.

Continues to provide OUTSTANDING service! Twice Jason has saved me literally hundreds of dollars quoted by dealerships and other repair chains who overcharge and underperform. I 100% will continue doing business with this family owned business who truly care about their customers and their satisfaction!

I was given a quote of how much it would cost to fix my hub on my wheel. When I came to pick up my Toyota Tacoma he gave me the bill, which was one hundred dollars cheaper than his estimate. It appears he is honest and the work was excellent. I am impressed by Red Line Auto.

Great experience here. Jason got my truck in and fixed my steering issue by figuring out my water pump was leaking. He fixed it quicker than planned and it cost less than quoted. I'm glad I found a local mechanic I can trust. Thank you!

My wife took her vehicle in for a brake job and once again red line did an outstanding job!! Every time we need to take a vehicle in for repair, they do a great job and we feel always charge us a very fair and honest price. If you are looking for vehicle repair I would highly recommend red line.

I had this shop charge me for 2 front wheel bearings. I paid them cash.In less than 13months my car was making a noise, I asked them first on the phone if it could be the wheel bearing, they said they had NO RECIEPT of doing this work. I took it to another shop and it was the right front wheel bearing. I paid for it to be done again! when actually they never replaced the right front, it was still the original bearing installed from the ford factory! when they were confronted about it, it turned into a cussing match! why a mechanic would lie, take my money knowingly they didn't do the work and then cuss you out. WOW! 454.00 BEWARE!

Did great work. Truck was done when promised and at a very good price. Plan on going back for additional repairs when needed.

Made a costly mistake on my car and denied responsibility. Dishonest. Typical politician.Edited to respond- no responsibility taken by redline for adding green antifreeze to red creating a sludge. Admitting to doing it, then denying when the damage it caused required an engine replacement. It was only 5k, should have sued.

Since moving to rose hill red line has been my go to. Great service and very fair pricing. Jason's the man

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Very dishonest. Thought we found a honest place but was WRONG!
