Affordable The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly , the room was decent size and very clean, the water tasted very good, the bed and sheets were ok. Only about half of the channels on the TV worked. The interior area of the hotel and the room smelled, probably because of the pool. The pool and hot tub were closed. The bathroom in the pool area should have been closed as there was no flowing water. There is a breakfast area, but it was closed. I would recommend getting an exterior room to have actual sunshine available and fresher air. If you are looking for a five star resort luxury hotel, this is not your place, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay for the night this is a decent choice.

$89 and an unusually lengthy check in process, especially for a Gold/ Platinum guest..The room was ok, at best, with cheapish towels, sheets and furnishings overall. I am, for the record, comparing to other Best Westerns, not anything higher standard. The bathroom had mold in some places and the door would not shut without using force. The bath could use some deep cleaning at a minimum and some maintenance on top of that. Get some new silicone around the splash edges around the tub etc. This is a quiet location, that is a plus but other than that, I'm not impressed.$89 is over- priced as I could get a Hampton Inn at the same rate, and I'd know what quality to expect, which would not be anywhere near this.Shape up guys (or lower your price), and I might consider staying again..

20 times better than the Days Inn!!The desk crew was extremely friendly, laughing/joking. They let me see my room before I booked it (due to a horrible experience over at the Days Inn (see my review over there)). The rate was$99/night, but I received the AAA rate of $89/night. It's on older hotel, but was been recently renovated. New carpet and tiles in main areas and new carpet, beds, and some furniture in the guest rooms. The bathroom as a huge counter with double sinks. New toilet and large open shower. Indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. Free continental breakfast.Thank you, Gaylynne, for saving me from a horrible experience down the street!!

The property is no longer a franchise partner with Best Western. The "motel" now goes by Red Coach Inn, which the locals when I told them where I was staying said you mean Red Roach Inn. The restaurant is closed and has been for some time I am told. The breakfast was a joke considering that a Braums is located next door and would at least be fresh. The city now has a Holiday Inn Express with a pool and a new Comfort Suites that also has a pool.I prepaid for my room or I would have left immediately. Rooms outdated. Furniture outdated. Under staffed.

Not what it used to be. This place appears to be in minimum maintenance mode. The restaurant is long gone. On my last visit, in a room facing the pool, there was an acoustic tile drop ceiling in the bathroom, including directly over the shower, and the curtain over the sliding door was damaged. When I first entered the room, the bedside lamps were both unplugged, and it went downhill from there. An ok place if you just need to sleep, but hardly worth $99.

No, this is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of imagination, but didn't find the negative reviews on par with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was large, clean and looked updated with flat screen TV, carpet looked relatively new, and furniture appeared in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Quiet, no rowdy, obnoxious guests. No bugs. Breakfast was OK, could have been worse, but I suggest hitting up the nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Winter storm over Thanksgiving weekend made us decide to get off the interstate and find a hotel. Red Coach Inn had plenty of open rooms and is near a Braums restaurant. I was the first to arrive in the evening. They doubled the price due to the winter storm. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The coffee maker didn't work correctly. The heater did work very well. No Continental breakfast. No amenities. The furniture was crappy and in poor condition. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The Wi-Fi kept directing to porn sites upon login (cringy). If I had to do over, for 150 bucks a night I'd find someplace else.

As someone who worked at this hotel, lemme tell you, the other hotels in the area are much, much better. Even if you have to drive to Wichita. It will be worth it. The WiFi only sometimes works, in the winter the owner is too cheap to heat the whole hotel and you will immediately notice. The pool is never heated as well for the same reason. The hot tub is permanently closed, there is Never breakfast served, and on the very rare occasions it is, it usually consists of stale cereal. To top it off, the owner is really just incredibly slimy, honestly just not someone you should trust. Please please don't even bother with this horrible hotel

We walked in late, few minutes before the closing yet still the person at the front desk (owner) gave a great deal. Better deal than any other around the area. It was a pure luck too as the rooms were surprisingly neat and clean.

Horrible! Made reservation, gave credit card info. Called a couple of weeks later, NO RESERVATION!! Had to find another hotel, then when we returned home, found out I was billed for the room. When I called and spoke with the manager, he again said he didn't have a reservation in my name, but had charged my credit card for someone else's stay!! To say I am upset with them is an understatement!!
