I think that one-star review was likely just an error with scheduling. My experience (as an actual patient) was drastically different.I LOVE this chiropractor's office. I looked around for a good fit - tried one that wasn't then found this office and am SO happy I did! The doctor is really knowledgeable and even informed me of things my former chiros didn't - about my neck, my knees, etc. And I've been seeing chiropractors for decades so I'm pretty well versed. They even knew what my insurance covered so I was able to replace my old, defunct Tens unit (which I LOVE using at home) at no cost to me so I was even more thrilled.They have acupuncture and massage available as well which I intend to try. They got me in within a day of calling. When I arrived, the office staff was really sweet too. I would highly recommend this office is you're looking for a knowledgeable, kind, empathetic doctor and an amazingly office staff. Looking forward to my upcoming visits and to finally getting pain relief!

Their website allowed me to make an appointment for Saturday morning at 9 AM and then no one was there. I really don't like people to waste my time.
