The ladies at Randy Coopers give the best customer service! Randy Coopers is my go-to place for jewelry cleaning and repair as well as watch battery replacement.

I have been shopping at Randy Coopers for a couple of years now and have always appreciated the tremendous selection of excellent pieces, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, and their willingness to fix any watch or piece of jewelry whether I purchased it their or not. Recently, their watch specialist helped me out with a new watch purchase and went to great lengths to make this happen, answering my questions and helping me out with an appraisal. Excellent work and I look forward to working with them on a future occasion.

I was really disappointed with the customer service here. I took in a family heirloom diamond ring last week that I wanted to remount. The jeweler couldn't even take the time to come and speak with me about it, and the lady who helped me "Marsha" took my information and never got back with me. I'm not sure if they thought I was "young" and not worth their time... but unfortunately I will take all of my future business elsewhere.

Had a missing stone replaced in my wedding band and broken prongs replaced on my engagement ring, as well as both rings cleaned and the engagement re-rhodiumed. Beautiful work and a reasonable price. My only complaint is that they estimated the rings would be ready on Saturday and they weren't ready until the following Thursday. I will return.
