Great experience with Matt and Carla. But Jennifer white is a scam. She hit my credit so hard that I have 5 hard inquiries from Jennifer white. Not mention she and her best bud sunnie they both harassed my grandma in law. Matt is a great guy. He needs to a handle Jennifer before she tanks rail trust. Oh but there's more, 2 day before closing there was 20k in fountain work, so we had to back out and finding out that the seller could sell the house because it was in her husband name. To top it all off I got screenshots of the seller ,her realtor, sunnie, and Jennifer burned us for a while on buying a house and slammed and slander our family name but say we backed out. Both sunnie and Jennifer money hungry and want fill their own pockets with cash.
