Raben Dentistry

My entire life I have had extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. I've neglected going as we should and it's time I make a change to fix my teeth and be happier about my smile. I've hated it my entire life. Parents couldn't afford braces as a kid so it's bad. Admittedly I wasn't the best at taking care of myself because of BPD and severe depression for a long time. I have recently taken the correct steps to change this and grow and finally get my teeth fixed. I searched and found this office and have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Everyone is extremely nice and caring. Ms Raben is one of the best dentists I've been to and I feel comfortable getting work done here with her. I've been twice so far and the nervousness of going in has slowly faded because of just how good they are here. All the hygienists are really nice and respectful. It's a small practice and feels like they actually care. They call you by your name when you walk in and that's so cool. It's such a welcoming feeling being greeted with kindness and acceptance. This is now my forever dentist office as they are the best. Thank you

I have been going to Raben dentistry for my entire life. Dr. Raben runs a tight, professional clinic with exceptional bed side manner. Her hygienists are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional. All of the staff at Raben dentistry contribute to the exceptional quality of care you can expect to receive. Many times one or two nurses or doctors will promote a positive culture in a clinic, but at Raben dentistry you can expect warmth and professionalism from every member of the staff. A very talented dentist, uncommon bedside manner, and a very pleasant overall experience are all things you can expect from this office. I highly recommend this clinic!

Terrible! At first I thought she seemed good. After after some TMJ treatment, I had to have several teeth crowned. While the TMJ specialist said I could get permanent crowns, she told me I could not do that and instead would required provisional crowns, which are temporary but would not be replaced for a year. Not knowing better, I paid her to go ahead and do what she told me I had to do. The crowns she put on were horrible. They were overlarge, angled out, looked like horseteeth. I wish I could post a photo here. When I went to the TMJ doc, he found that they were not functional and would have to be replaced. I did not want to return to Raben. She called the TMJ doc several times to have him call me and tell me to go back to her. I felt kind of like I was being stalked. When putting the crowns on, there was one less than she had previously charged for, so I asked for a refund for the one crown, which was refused. I also asked for a full refund of the $4500 I had paid her for horrible work that had to be replaced. She refused that as well. I have since found 4 former patients of hers who all left her practice on bad terms. One consistency is that she gives no options but tell you what you will have to do only her way. One person said she had yelled at them over disagreement over a treatment plan. Go to her at your own risk. You have been warned!
