Quality Granite & Marble

We had our bathroom vanities done in Quartz in August and are so happy with them. These rectangular sinks are also stock from Quality Granite. The whole staff was very professional and the installation was quick.

I did not have a good experience this company. They have a nice selection, however their service is lacking.When I selected my granite I was told that I would receive a project proposal the following day. I inquired two days later and was told they were behind due to the holidays. It is now 8 days since my initial visit and I have not received any communication whatsoever. For that reason, I went with another company.I did notice the names of many builders on slabs in the yard so maybe that is their focus. Either way, I cannot recommend this company.

I just called this company to get some information and ask a question. They hung up on me! I tried to call back and it rang once and then they hung up on me again. Thats bad for business.

We used Quality Granite for all the countertops in a house we recently built. The staff at Quality was so great to work with and helped us make wonderful choices all within the confines of our budget! The installation was seamless!! We couldn't be happier that we chose Quality and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They may not be the easiest to schedule as they are busy. They are busy because they are good. You know you are dealing with a quality company when you have an issue and they are quick and happy to resolve it. Our plumber was having a hard time with the faucet hole that had been drilled into our granite. We called and within 20 minutes they came out and enlarged the faucet hole. Another contractor had gotten some product on our new Quartz countertop and they lent me a sample piece and gave me a razor blade to try to get the product off before attempting to clean ours with a harsh cleaner. I've had granite and quartz from them in both my custom built home and our remodeled home. I highly recommend them. I don't however, recommend the use of B&B Lumber for cabinets or any sort of business. I've a review for them as well.
