I bought a truck for 2500 back in February It was jail broke first of all and It doesn't lock. I had to replace the battery, the valve covers for my engine block, the ignition and the locks and above all my tires are dry rotted!!! I shouldn't have to replaced that much on my vehicle after only three months of having it. I also went back and ask why my truck was burning oil and leaking and the guy and my bf got into it yelling because they didn't care to fix the vehicle before selling it!! Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm a idiot I know more about the vehicle I bought then there truck expert!!! Wasted my money dont get me wrong I love my truck but I shouldn't have to pay more then 1000$ for a vehicle that's mainly now a project

So unprofessional, they be changing the prices. sketchy as hell. No saben ser profesionales. one of the guys there were being super complicated and rude. Didn't let me test drive it because I brought someone to look if the car has any issues so that was sus. I looks like they don't even know what there doing.! Please don't come here, puros corajes

This is not a review of purchasing a car from this establishment. It is a review of the people that work there. I have an auto detailing business. I was asked by an individual that works for Quality Automotive Group if I would detail a couple of vehicles for him. I showed up and began the first detail as any other. First off, this was the nastiest vehicle I have ever seen. I have been detailing all types of vehicles for over 10 years now and have and have never seen anythinglike it. I worked on the interior for approximately 4 hours the first day and 5 hours the next day. My helper and I got the van completed except for the carpet shampooing. When I went to fill the carpet cleaner it was discovered that there was no outside water. Well, it's kind of difficult to do the carpet and the exterior without water. I texted this gentleman and he said the landlord was supposed to have fixed it four days prior to this. Apparently it was not repaired. There was really nothing I could do at this point. I loaded my things and left with the idea of returning the following day to try and finish up.....somehow. I texted him first thing in the morning to see what the plan was. I was going to have to go into the office and get water each time I had to fill the carpet shampooer. This carpet was easily going to take at least 20 tanks of water to get it clean (possibly more). I told him I would do that if that's what it took to get the job done. He told me it was fine, with no mention of pay for the work already done (about 9 hours). Basically, he got the vehicle completed (except for the carpet and the exterior) free by means of deception. If you hire a MOBILE detail business it should go without saying that they'll need water and electric. I was led to believe there was both when there was no water. No, this is not the usual amount of time it takes me to do a mini-van. It was simply that nasty.I did not want to do this review but it's my only recourse. I can't do anything about the time I spent on it but I can maybe help someone else not be deceived. If they're this shady with people that do work for them....imagine how shady they might be with the cars they sell.

The car was not In the condition he described it as. I asked many times if there was any issues any lights on and when I showed up there was check engine light on. upon further investigation there was exhaust leak, air bags needed repair warning, O2 sensor, trunk wouldn't open, couldn't lock/unlock doors, heater wouldn't work, the drivers window had a chip in it, the oil cap when you took it off the whole thing came out of it that you screwed it into, when you checked the oil on the dip stick there wasn't even oil in the car! When we looked back at the pics there was no sign of it showing there was paint missing but there was, it had seat covers on already but with all the issues we didn't even dig into figure out why it had them on there assuming staining or something of sort. I had asked the owner if there was ANY issues at all he said no there was none and stuck to it until I called I let him know the day I was coming and he wasn't there he left another lady and man to be there to probably take the wrath of upset people. they were very nice tho and apologetic said it's all his doing they have no say so in what is posted. I'd be very iffy on buying from him. the man said he buys them from auctions and slaps them right on the lot without much care.

I do NOT recommend anyone buying a car from them! I bought a suv for 4,000, it started smoking and the check engine light came on the very next day. I paid for a diagnostic reading because he told me I was just paranoid and that it was nothing major. I bought parts and paid for the labor, The engine needs replaced and he refuses to give me my money back. They took advantage of me and practically stole my 4,000.

I do not suggest anyone buy from here. Bought a vehicle, w weeks later fuel pump broke. While they did offer repair at a discount the very next day after the repair the ac which had been working was broken and the brakes started to go. Contacted dealership they offered to repair (full cost) I will not repair there, who knows what would be broken after that repair as well. It seems they sell cheap to make more on repairs. I would not advise anyone buy from here. Very shady. "Quality" should not be in there name. Their green building should be yellow because they just sell lemons.
