Defective items, I know it happens but the only times that I've actually purchased something from here it quit working in a matter of days, the staff isn't very friendly, didn't seem like they wanted to answer my questions I had, felt like I was inconveniencing them

This shop has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been here a few times and every single time it has been no different. I was super excited that they moved to the downtown location as it's very close to my work. But if I ever needed anything when I'm not at work I will still drive the extra miles because I will not purchase anywhere else. They truly care about their customers. That's the kind of business I want to spend my money in.

Customer Service is on point, No disappointment whatsoever! Ask questions and they actually know everything that you need to know about their products! Very positive environment and you get to know the workers like they're family :)! Went in there today and one of the workers noticed I had an old Puff's bottle and he gave me a deal! Pretty nice dude and dont even get me started on the selection of products they have!!!

A great shop with nothing left to be desired. The owner(s) and staff are very friendly, and honestly they have the best house and premium juice I've found, and I've tried countless high-dollar premiums and endless house juice locally and while traveling. Great selection of mods and hardware as well as replacement parts at competitive prices. Every once in a while, I venture out and try juice from a different store/company, but always end up coming back here because of the customer service and incredible price for premium juice.

Great place. Customer service on point. Good people. Good prices. Highly recommend. Good random deals too. High quality products. They really try and help you get what you're looking for. Good place for anyone starting out too.

Bought juice and took over a month before they shipped then juice made me sick. I emailed and called them with no response. I tried and ordered again and the messed it up as well.. I emailed and called them with no response again.. WORST PLACE EVER!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! Lost $200

Let's preface this with as far as I've experienced, the customer service is the best, keep in mind I've only interacted with them over the phone. I broke my leg in February and have been blessed with people who will go and pick up juice for me. My step father said he is just glad they don't blow vapor into his face like they do at Big E's.As for the juice it's a different story. I'm a menthol lover and so being new to the shop I asked for the flavor "Black Diamond" advertised as "Will remind you of the first time you took a breath of ICE-COLD, snow-capped mountain air!" Which smelled like bubble gum and tasted terrible, NOT AT ALL minty in any shape or form, and sometimes would give a burnt coil taste even though I had just replaced my coil. But I gave it another chance and found out they can just do a menthol flavor. "Thank Christ", I thought and bought it. Nope. Not only is it again, not minty at all, it ALSO sometimes would give me burnt coil taste even though again I had just replaced my coil after Black Diamond had ruined my coil, turning my supposed to be clear menthol fluid a very dark brown and messing with the flavor. Please heed my caution. There is a reason why their fluid is so cheap which I appreciated at first but no longer. You seriously get what you pay for.

My first of many visits to Puffs today. I had a great experience the owner Mike was very welcoming and friendly. I work in customer service and Puffs is doing it right. Walking in the door I had an instant sense that I was in good hands. The vapor menu was very clear and easy to read awesome variety of flavors to start with. Then when Mike told me I could tweak the recipes to my tastebuds I was hooked. The prices are perfect close to what I was getting online and without the wait. Mike even took time out to let me text my wife to double check her order and spoke with my boys. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice. Mike took time to make personal recommendations for us as well. I will gladly spend the few extra dollars to have that awesome personal experience. Mike you have gained a loyal customer for life. Keep up the good work.

Puff's not only offers a great atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff but prices that cannot be beat in Wichita for premium vape juice! Ask about the texting group and it gets even better. Definitely found my go to shop to call home! Thanks Guys!!
