This company is unscrupulous when we made purchase through a hired contractor who oversold the amount of product necessary for our job. Contractor estimated enough product for more than two times the square footage needed to complete the work. When contractor was fired from service, this company was made aware of the problems but they did not have the integrity to accept the product return even with a restocking fee.Patricia A.

We recently had another opportunity to work with Bob Franson on a floor covering project that worked out even better than we could have hoped. He was very patient with us and also very helpful in steering us away from what wouldn't work and showed us why we needed to select from a range of solutions that didn't include everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in floor covering selection and installations. We couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely return to ProSource as we have more flooring needs.David C

My profile says Hawaii, but this was for the Wichita store.Update: They have now refunded our entire amount, so I will upgrade to 2 stars.my 1st time using them. When i entered i had so sign in and they assigned a design specialist to me. However, she was actually busy with a customer on the phone so told me to just look around. She continued to stay busy so asked Christian(who i believe is just a front desk person) to work with me. I found 2 tiles i liked so i took the samples with me to show my husband. Came back the next day with my husband to return those tiles and look some more. No one helped us. Found a tile we liked based on their sample board and ordered it....about $600. This was for our lake house about 6hrs away. When the tile came in we immediately went to our lake house to install. It needed to get done that weekend. VRBO home with scheduled arrivals now thru New Years. When we went to lay the tile there was a distinctive purple coloring in our gray/white tiles. There was no hint of purple on their samples. We could not use them. Would have looked awful in our house. So we spent 4hrs driving to find a stock tile somewhere that we could use. I immediately called pro source. They asked i send pictures of the color discrepancy. I did. Their response was that the coloring is within their standards and only offered us their standard 30% restocking fee plus $75 shipping fee. Totally not acceptable to us. Their defense was that there was a picture on the back of the sample board that showed hints of purple in the tile....WHAT??...there are pictures on the back of the sample board? How was I to know that? Where is the accountablity of the sales personnel to have showed us this?? And if there is a definite purple coloring within some of the tiles, wouldn't that be important to include one of those tiles on the sample board? After several conversations we got it down to still costing us over $150. This was totally their fault that the tile was not what we expected. We will never use them again.
