Prime Time Barber Shop

I walked in one afternoon, later in the day, looking for simple undercut maintenance - a straight shave of my undercut. There were two guys in the barbershop at the time, one with a client and another one who told me to come back another day...and gave me his card. This was off-putting, to say the least, so I was about to leave when the other barber, Elmer, finished with his client. He approached me q asked me what I needed and explained he told me to have a seat in his chair and he'll be right back. He went and gave the other guy a serious talking to. He then came back to me and apologized for the other guy's unprofessional behavior. Then he gave me a lovely undercut update. He refused payment, because he said it was such a simple thing to do. It was such a kind gesture, and I was really touched. He's a nice guy and he did a beautiful job, I'll be back! I highly recommend Elmer at Prime Time!

When I come here I try to schedule appointments with Nelson. He always lines me up good. Its also convenient to make an appointment using the Schedulicity app, which I'm surprise most places still doesn't use it.They're definitely ahead of the tech game. Im definitely going to keep coming back when I'm in town. You don't get a quality fade and line up anywhere else in the dub, or at least I haven't gotten one.If ya hair can't get you laid, then come to prime time fo that fade.

I would rate a zero if I could. Caleb cut my hair. I asked for a bald fade and to ONLY take a half inch off the TOP. Never told him to comb to the side to cut. I told him I wanted it all one length like I had it. He totally ignored what I said and apparently just did his own thing. My hair isn't straight. It's way way too short in places. It's not even consistent. I can't put my hair in a ponytail anymore because the whole right side is way shorter than the left which is long enough. Don't know what he was thinking or doing. I won't be returning.

They need more parking but I had no appointment and was cut immediately and got a great cut

Service was great and Javier was an expert at his career. Talented. Relaxed vibe. After our initial communication mix up it was worth the wait.

Haircut came out amazing booked with Alec and he took very good care of me Was on time with my appointment and very friendly will definitely be coming again !!!

Went to the East location recently and only one of the barbers had a mask on, lucky for me it had been the one I had booked. I am not sure why no one else was wearing masks considering none of the clients wear masks while they get their hair cut. This place is for sure a super spreader for covid and although the barber did a good job I would not feel comfortable coming back again.
