The doctor actually listens and responds immediately. I've been recommending them to friends. Dr Greer (sp) is my new doctor!

Not sure what's happened to this office. Someone is playing games with patients just to solve a beef with one of the physicians. Never have I ever seen this behavior from a business let alone a doctors office. I would have left ZERO stars if it would have let me.

I transferred following my Dr from another office. She is great never had any issues with her. Over the time with this office the staff was more worried about collecting funds for a visit that I hadn't received a bill for yet than booking an appointment for my wife. This happened more than once. Two times over 3 weeks I requested to speak with the Dr about a prescription that had been written wrong, once by the portal and once verbally to the nurse by phone. I never heard from her. I requested my records be transferred by another office and two days later I received a certified letter from Primary Care Associates that they were dropping my whole family as patients. The office deserves one star and I feel that is generous.

Dr. Jeff Davis is personable, knowledgeable and caring. If testing or referrals are needed, he listens and takes care to make sure his patients needs are met. I've been a patient of his since 2006 and feel very grateful. :) It's especially convenient that they have so many services offered in one building. Radiology, a lab for blood draws, even a pharmacy.

Lost my insurance and they charged me over $400 for my last doctors visit which was only a 10 minute visit. They also denied my refill on my prescriptions on medicines they prescribed me because all they care about is the money! Horrible experience will never be going back!!would give them less than one star if possible

I have been going to this facility for 20 years. My doctor retired and I now go to Dr. Cole Gillenwater. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gillenwater. He is awesome. My son goes to him and two of my adult grandchildren. We all love him. He listens, and is very caring and knowledgeable.

I have always had fast responsive, respectful care. If my provider is not available, then I have been assisted in locating someone else in th practice who is. Mark Leiker is responsive, thorough, supportive, and knowledgeable. Office staff is respectful and goes the extra mile. by Dr. Rita Goss

I've been going to this office for years and received the best professional care by their Physicians and staff. They also have in house labs and radiology which is very convenient. I highly recommend Primary Care Associates!

I would like to give 5 stars because the doctor is awesome! My only complaint is the phlebotomist. I have had my blood drawn on many occasions but this time was terrifying, she could not find a vein, I've never had an issue before, it was extremely painful and bruised terribly. I felt she was very inexperienced and I will never get my blood drawn in this facility again even if I have to pay more.

Zero stars. First off, they charged us for a phone call to schedule an "virtual" visit before the actual virtual visit. Got on the visit which led to a no show from the dr. Got a late evening call from the dr stating I'll just send a script for a z pack , come in tomorrow for a drive up covid test. Drove to the office to wait on the phone to let them know I was outside, finally got a nurse or office assistant to be transferred to a voicemail. Left a voicemail. Waiting over 30 mins to get a call to pull up to the awning to meet the nurse which of course wasn't there. Parked under the awning to only wait an hour. Completely rude staff. Waiting is expected with everything going on but geez not one car was outside besides mine. Honestly they are worried more about money then patients. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath.
