Price Optical

After going to 3 different places, I got the deal of the day right here! A nice pair of frames with reasonable lens prices!We paid less than if we would havr used our medical card at the eye doctor. I don't care about same day service of paying $200 less on a package deal! My husband plans to get his new glasses here in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend checking here and be amazed at the good deal you will get.

I absolutely love this place for glasses! The prices are so much more reasonable than any other place I've been! And the kicker is that the staff is also super helpful and friendly!!! Everyone in my family needs corrective lenses so we all shop here.They have a great section with complete lenses/frames for a set price(like $50) which is awesome if you just need a backup pair of glasses (if you wear contacts like me).

Mike you are lying, my glasses already broke. I have a witness. You even called me and threatened me. These are not the frames I picked up. Yes this is Debbie on my sister's account because you are horrible and you wrote down the wrong frames. Wrong color,shape,etc. When I told you you yelled at me and. Made me cry. I'm just out of chemo and need my glasses. You said I had to take these. They broke!. My social worker is filing a report!

I'm had to have from MSB here in Wichita ks in order to purchase my glasses from price optical, the glasses that I received from them was of extremely poor construction twice I've had to had repairs done and the second time was because my ear piece fell off.Every time I have been in the store I was treated with polite rudeness because of my inability to pay for the glasses. Just because I'm a 50 yo man that can no longer work shouldn't mean that I am not entitled to common certiousy.I was told that because I didn't purchase the glasses that if I wanted to I can purchase another pair for $30 because Pric3 Optical would not warranty the glass frames, it shouldn't matter how or whom purchased the glasses if there is a problem that company should be willing to do the right thing. I didn't have the $30 plus taxes to purchase another pair of frames so now I have no glasses to wear and can barely see enough to read ot write.I will never recommend this place and find it sad that the company only cares about the customers that have money or insurance.

I have gone to Price Optical for years.Mike the owner is very professional and also Very friendly him and his employees are there to give you the best product and experience Possible. Also the best prices in wichita.If you want the best for your eyes. Go to PRICE WHERE YOU ARE THERE #1 PRIORITY

I purchased a pair of glasses from price on Harry st and when they broke several times I attempted to get the frames replaced, however because I didn't pay with cash instead I purchased them with a voucher I was told " you don't get a warranty because you don't deserve a warranty ".Great place to do business at.

Referred by my regular optician, my glasses were no longer available (The left temple piece had broken). Walked into this shop in the middle of the afternoon and explained I only needed a temple piece. Mike (owner?) looked through his workshop and finally went to a display and found a suitable match from another manufacturer, and installed on my glasses. Super price, super nice guy, and I walked out after about 20 minutes as a happy man. Highly recommended, entire shop (all 3 persons) nice and friendly in these Covid years!

I use to be a customer here, I went to lense crafters. The lenses at price lasted 6 months before they were covered with scratches, with the lenses at lense crafters ,I'm at a 1 1/2 without a scratch..they were guaranteed for a year and I honestly couldn't take them back..

Apparently someone in their lab didn't know what they were doing. I bought one pair of frames with lenses, used two pair of my own frames for a backup pair and some sunglasses and had Price put new lenses in those. There was a stress fracture in their frames and I only wore them for four months before the glasses snapped in two at the top. Price would not replace them. The lab stretched out my other frames so much that they could never be adjusted to stay on my face. The earpieces were broken in an attempt to adjust them. My sunglass frames also had a stress fracture in them. I spent $500.00 and ended up without one pair of wearable glasses. I have been wearing my old glasses, which have lasted me for years and were bought at Greene Vision. I have to wear these even though the prescription is incorrect because I cannot afford to buy another pair of glasses. I might have recommended Price if they would have made some effort to correct the issues but they did not and would not. I went to the Harry St. location (fyi).
