Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I was looking at a used vehicle at their lot, was in talks with the associates here on it. I even got as far as finishing up the forms and paperwork for the loan through my bank when I received a call from an associate there saying that there was someone else there they were selling it too instead. They told me that these individuals had been in before I had looked at it(no one had bothered to tell me that someone else had been looking at it), but they even specifically told me "None of us took them seriously because they had been uncommunicative and flaky". So, they decided to just sell it to the "uncommunicative and flaky" individual instead of the person who had all of their ducks in a row. I will definitely never return to this dealership ever again and will strongly advise anyone else to do the same. This happened at the West Kellogg location.
