Jason Gilstrap of Premier Property Management oversees WoodSpring Suites in Fort Worth, Texas. I contacted Mr. Gilstrap regarding harassment, discrimination and unacceptable living conditions at this establishment. As of now, we have also been negatively impacted financially and contracted C-VID due to these happenings. Mr. Gilstrap refused to respond to any e-mails sent to him and opted to leave a message with the front desk to give me, requesting that myself and my daughter end our stay. Mr. Gilstrap didn't address the harassment WoodSpring Suites first facilitated and then participated in, concerning myself, a Christian, divorced, black, single mother. The other individuals were older white women. The living conditions consisted of upwards of 15 bugs (of varying kinds) a day for a period of time until I continuously requested the issue be addressed and rectified. The electricity would go out on 100 degree days in Texas weather. The general manager Briana Weber consistently provided excuses and only after making multiple requests, providing photos of each bug and at time the dead bugs in tissue, did she begin to resolve the issue. We were visiting in order to find a house and attend church, which they were aware of. This terrible customer service and property management. The worst I've ever seen. I advise against doing business with this property management company or any of the properties they manage.

This is the WORST and POOREST excuse of a business EVER!!! We've been tenants in our residence for 21 years, seen three different landlords but NEVER been treated and ignored as rudely as we have by PPM. They ignore tenant requests for service & maintenance, and when trying to follow up they come up with one excuse after another, NONE of which are relevant or legitimate. This company is ripping off both property owners AND tenants, doing nothing yet taking the money. They rarely answer the phone during normal business hours and ALWAYS have used an "illness" as an excuse for not getting things done yet won't hire more people. One service tech told us PPM is horrible to work with and as soon as he can find another company with whom to contract out his work, will leave PPM. Evidence from other reviews, ourselves, our neighbors and even PPM vendors confirms this company deserves to go out of business. We just learned they will NOT be managing this property after end of this month. YIPPEEEE!!!! They deserve to go broke and "OUT OF BUSINESS." Bye-Bye PPM. GLAD TO SEE YOU GO!!!

DO NOT do business with this company. I currently have property they are managing for me, and they have lied and cheated their way through taking my money. First example, they used false advertising to show a fridge in the property, then when the tenant called them out, they charged me $1400 to cover their mistake! I found out AFTER they charged me, then I called them out, and eventually they reimbursed me. But they tried to hide the fee in my tenant's rent. Second, I asked to not renew my current tenant's 1 year lease on the phone, and they ignored my request. I am now stuck with the tenant for one more year. We are a military family that relies on the integrity of other businesses, and this company has none. Do not business with this awful company!

Do not use Premier Property Management to manage your property. Their service is terrible. I had tenants complain to me about not being able to reach them outside of office hours. Even if you do call during office hours, you always get voice mail. If you set your limit at say $200, they will charge you for multiple things and you never see the original bill, but hey, they have the right to bill you for those charges. Jason is in charge of the office and is very hard to reach even as an owner. I've had to ask them to redo their statements because of incorrect accounting charges. Also they say they do a credit checks and check employers, etc, when they screen tenants, but I've never been given a credit score, so I don't think they do due diligence in getting good renters in. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people in this industry before. Go check out their office in the middle of an apartment complex. Maybe there's a reason why they can't afford a nice office. Save yourself the heartache and find a different management company.
