Pratt Auto Service

We were driving through Pratt when our car A/C stopped cooling. We called Pratt Auto Service as recommended by the hotel in Pratt where we stayed. At 8am the next morning, we arrived at PAS and they took our car first. The shop was very clean and seemed very professional. About an hour and a half later we were on our way with everything working perfectly. The bill was reasonable and fair. We appreciate all they did to get us back on the road. Pratt Auto Service really came to our rescue and deserve your business.

Brought in vehicle to investigate a knocking engine noise. After determining that repair would require extensive digging deeper into the engine it was decided to not continue with investigating further into the matter. Vehicle was returned with an added bonus of electrical issues and ignition issues that were not present prior to the visit. Vehicle is now unusable in this condition.

Water pump went out on my diesel pickup. The only person to treat me well over the phone after contacting multiple repair shops. I was able to drive to his shop and someone cancelled their appointment. He took me next in line, replaced the water pump and tested everything. Worked out great. Wonderful folks. Most grateful to everybody there!

I have been taking my vehicles to Pratt Auto Service for years, and always get great service at a resonable price. They are great at explaining what is wrong with the vehicle, as well as how important things are to fix. When I started there, it was under different management, and I was leary of new management, but the young man that has taken it over more then lives up to my expectations.

I had an issue with my truck on my way back to California. Rick was able to get me in and out when he first thought he couldn't. He was honest and his crew was as well. If I lived in Pratt, KS. I would let Rick take care of my car.
