We've had a few runs of t-shirts printed by this business over the last 15 years or so. Quality and response was initially excellent. However, since moving to the North Ohio location, they can't hold a schedule to save their souls. After it was completed, we had a very difficult time getting the source art work, which we had paid for. Several months elapsed with several requests made to them to provide this. After a considerable amount of time had elapsed, we received a TIFF format graphics file which was not suitable for reuse, as it lacked the necessary separation layers that were in the original Photoshop file they didn't seem to be able to provide.
