Very disappointed in the service after the sale! We spent almost three hundred dollars last May for two trees and they died over the winter! No offer of any money back or trade! (We didn't expect a full return but an offer of something would have been nice.) So sad to see that they don't stand behind their product. I got better service from Lowes and Home Depot regarding their products. Friendly helpful people, but unfortunately that seemed to have stopped with the sale.
