Great affordable place, friendly staff and clean and safe apartments.

I used to live at Ponderosa Apts. for almost 4 years. The front office was always helpful and friendly. The maintance crew responded to requests within 24hrs or before. I would recommend this site for apartment living.

I have loved living here! The apartments are really quality and the office staff have always been kind and helpful. Work orders are also taken care of in a timely manner.

I give them a ZERO!!!!! After 12months of paying almost $900 on time every single month to live in a mouse infested apartment, after multiple and repeated complaints/requests to office for maintenance to come out to treat the apartment, we have learned that this place and its office manager areTHE WORST!!!!!!!! If you are young or new to the rental world, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! communication is none Existent. For 2 months before my daughter's lease was to be over, her and her roommate had informed the office multiple times in person and hand written more that they would NOT be renewing their lease due to the mice and the list of maintenance issues not being fixed. 2 weeks before lease was to end my daughter contacted office for information on how the process works when the lease is over. The office lady Acted completely Oblivious like she didn't have not one conversation with the girls about anything. Not the mice, not the lease ending, not any of the maintenance... Nothing.These apartments have completely taken advantage of the fact that these girls are new at renting. That office lady slapped them with an extra months rent plus 200 on top of it. Offered to put them on a payment plan but waited until 5 days after the 1st to tell them they have a 3 day Eviction notice for not paying by the first and then told then the payment plan isn't available until they turn over the keys. ???? Scandalous s*** !!!!! Pathetic!!!! that's how you get treated when your a Tenant with not one Disturbance issue and pay your rent on time
