Pomeroy Chiropractic Wellness

I have been going to chiropractors on and off since I was 18 ( long time ) and Dr Pomeroy is the first one to ever actually take care of the actual issues. My husband and I both see him regularly. We wouldn't go to another chiropractor because it wouldn't compare. We both highly recommend this office for your Chiropractic needs.

I've never been to a chiropractor before but over the last couple months I've been going to Dr Pomeroy for back pain. I work in a medical setting myself and appreciate the education they provide on each visit to help me understand the profession and medical care I'm receiving. I truly believe the value of a service increases when you understand what it is your paying for. The staff is small but very nice and accommodating. They have been extremely flexible with their schedule to work me in earlier on some visits. From experience, that can be frustrating because it busies their day but they never made me feel like its a burden to work me in on those couple of occasions and it was much appreciated. Appointment confirmations and updates are sent via email and sometimes there can be a little overkill on the amount of messages they send, but I frequently use email alerts in my profession too and appreciate this easy and convenient way of communication.

Where do I start? I've been going to Dr. Pomeroy for years. (since 2010?)He's always been consistent in care and concern. He's helped me troubleshoot many illnesses over the years. Each time I get adjusted, I receive an informative email, detailing the area impacted by my adjustment. Dr Pomeroy plays a vital role in my daily health and I value his input as needed. I also appreciate the variety of healthy supplements that are available for purchase, however never pushed for us to purchase. The flexibility of getting in for my adjustment in a timely manner, is very helpful as well.

I appreciate Dr. Pomeroy's flexibility in scheduling an appointment. I have needed to change my dates and times and at some points called only an hour before coming. They are always accommodating- something you can't always find with other offices. He's down to earth and easy to talk with. I have benefitted from his payment plans and it has helped my overall wellness. I highly recommend Pomeroy Chiropractic Wellness. I gave them 5 stars because that's the kind of treatment they give me.

This place is a joke. Their billing department is a joke. After paying my deductible, and asking after EACH visit if there was a balance due I was assured there was not. Well I recieved a bill in the mail, no problem. I tried to pay the bill, and their office rejected it saying I did not owe. I called and spoke with thier office, and was assured I did not owe. The next month I recieved another bill. After going to their office to pay in person, I again was assured I did not have a balance due. This happened 4 times. My treatment had finished and I did not have any issues with that. Two months later I received a letter from a collection agency! I called the office, went there in person, and again was assured this was a misunderstanding. Today I was just served a summons to go to court because I have an unpaid balance! And worse, no one from their office has returned any of my calls. Unbelievable! I am reporting this along with my paperwork and rejected payment to the court as well as the Better Bisness Bureau.
