first off ask questions they charge $300 an hour. I asked them to replace a very simple shut off valve. It took them four hours and the Frank had to leave three times just to find a part. They charged me $258.for something it should've been a simple 30 minute fix. they claim they did me a favor by searching all over for the part they needed. Then when I wasn't happy about it as long as I would call him on a recorded line, he would speak to me about it. Beware of this place they are new and they are ripping people off.

Brandon and Adam were great. Fast, efficient and answered every question I had. Chelsea in the office was a sweetheart even when I called back and complained about my bill.And is were I had issues. Against my better judgement I went ahead and scheduled the work without a quote. I'd done my research on material costs and figured I knew what to expect. I was wrong. Materials were twice a much. Chelsea and the couldn't even give me a hint at what the cost would. But this is all on me. I should of waited for the quote OR bought the materials my self from Lowe's they were the same brand I had been looking at.
