Terrible place to get a car from. The people running this business are completely unprofessional. I tried to get financing for a $2,850.00 car. Got my statement of credit denial in the mail today, they ran my credit six times. Twice for $16,740.00 and twice for $15,000.00. The other one wasn't specified. Completely jacked my credit score and then when confronting them about it, they can only lie and deny. I have all the proof and will be taking legal action.

They are rude and hard to deal with. Do not recommend this place to anyone. They lie to get you in the dealership. I would keep driving to the next one.

Please Ponca city residents do not buy vehicles from their unless you really check were the vehicle came from. They get a lot of vehicles from Missouri and in Missouri it is easy reverse salvage titles so it looks like the car was never totaled or wreck CARFAX. They are very untrustworthy car dealership.!!!!

Do. Not. Go. Here. The owner is an absolute child and talks bad about his clients while they're sitting right in front of them. Bought a car from them and 2 days later it completely broke down. Tried to get it worked out with the owner, but he started throwing tantrums like a child. Not professional at all and extremely rude.

I just left pioneer auto now mind you I personally bought 2 years ago a 2007 Jeep Wrangle & paid 14 Thousand for the Jeep that I drove up there in after looking at the 1998 Dodge Durango ( they where asking $975 ) I had two veterans in desperate need of a vehicle & one being a retired wounded vet so I went back too there home & picked them up too show this vehicle I've never seen such disrespect for a customer neither less to say towards a Vet . ( now too be fair one of the vets is my sister ) Now the veteran only receives a $730 a month income & they declined them off there credit score of 661 So we left and I came back in my 1990 chevy 1 ton Dully with a 454 ( gets about 9 miles per gallon , would not work well as a daily driver ) and they offered me 1000 and refused to even look at the truck even though they knew the other vehicle would go towards the veterans I then reminded the sales person that I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and pay 14,000 for it and I couldn't believe they were treating me this way I would never buy a vehicle from them again and the salesman acted like it was no big deal and said fine after this treatment and the way show disrespect towards the veterans I wouldn't even buy a push mower from them . with thousands of car lots in the United States I'm sure I'll find something for these veterans to drive to get back-and-forth to the VA or around town

I would put no stars if I could this place sold me a car and the engine light came on the same day. Got it looked at the mechanic said it was a thermostat. They told me to not to worry about it, when I told them I was worried about it and I needed it fixed or I did not want to purchase the car. They finally agreed and then had the car for over 2 weeks before I finally called and said forget it I don't want it and he hung up on me. Not to mention they told me everyday they had it "it'll be ready in the morning" then continued to give me a run around.

I applied for credit for a 2014 VW Jetta on 7/26/2020, was informed I was approved on 7/28/2020. I made a verbal agreement to come and purchase the car on 8/01/2020. On 7/29/2020, the car was sold to another person. The salesperson did not inform me of this or even the possibility of it. He knew I was coming for that car. When asked about it, he said if we didn't sell cars we wouldn't eat. So not only did they lose a customer, they also inflicted three hard inquiries on my credit rating and as a single mother, that affects my ability to purchase a car for my son. Very poor way to do business and totally without integrity.

Went in at the start of the week and said was interested in a car. got a buyer's order from them and went to the bank couldn't get a loan for a couple days and had told them that. well i work third shift so i was sleeping and then called me and i didn't answer. when i did wake up i called them and they didn't answer so i left a message and they never called back the next day later i called and they said they sold it

Horrible business. I'd rather ride a bike then buy from them. They are very rude and lie about the vehicles. Several vehicles we looked at didn't run right.

Don't buy from here or any Cannon affiliate. They are deceptive and knowingly sold me a lemon. There are so many things that have gone wrong with this vehicle from the start and I have no recourse since it was "as is". When I tried to get help from them at the time they wouldn't call me back. When I asked for them to buy it back three months later, they pretended to show interest and strung me along for several days only to claim they weren't in the market to buy any vehicles period even as they were purchasing some while I stood there. Super sketchy. Go elsewhere and never buy used without warranty!
