Pig In Pig Out

**I wanted to update this review since I had the pizza for dinner tonight. I warmed up the pizza oven for about 15 min @ 350 degrees and then about 5 min on broil just to get it bubbling. The pizza was FANTASTIC, definitely something I will do again!!! **I ordered the two meat dinner as seen in the picture below and it was good, no complaints. The sausage was tasty and had a mild heat, turkey breast was very tender and juicy. I really enjoyed the beans, could probably eat an entire pan of them. The potato salad was your typical potato salad, not sure it was made in house but I could be wrong. The spicy pickles were very good as well. I went in just to pick up a BBQ pizza for supper and decided to get a two meat dinner since I had never been before. The prices are average, my meal was 16.50 and I had a water to drink. They offer tea and soda as well. The employees were very friendly, restaurant was nice and clean. It reminded me of a typical bbq joint, smelled of smoke and meat, and had a few BBQ trophy's scattered throughout the entryway. Their BBQ sauce is also for sale if you want to purchase for home. Overall, I'd rate it a 7.5 on a scale of 1-10.

Hubby and I shared the 3 meat platter for lunch. Selfishly wanted to try several things I read about on Yelp. We had ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. For the 2 sides we ordered baked beans and corn casserole. We both liked the pulled pork the BEST. The ribs were good. The brisket "bark" was a little salty, but fine. The BBQ sauce was sweet and zippy and tasted good on everything. The corn casserole was interesting; it had a lil' jalapeño "kick." The baked beans tasted fresh made and rich. All in all a very enjoyable meal. Oh, and the iced tea was delish.

Food was decent, I am very homesick for Texas bbq so very little places hold a candle to Texas style bbq around here.Service was fantastic! Very friendly people who know their product.Ambiance was very inviting but hey Yelp doesn't value my opinion so ask an elite:))))))

Way too salty. The ribs were inedible. While they were tender and fall off the bone, I couldn't eat more than a bite. I won't be back.

Good stuff! Brisket is so good! They even offer lean cuts. I prefer the marbled. I will definitely eat here again! Not far from downtown.

This is great barbecue in an industrial part of town. Forget about ambience, go for the hole in the wall experience. On my last visit I ordered two slabs of baby back ribs and some brisket. I thought the ribs could've had a little less salt, but they were absolutely delicious, perfectly smoked, and very tender.The brisket was fantastic.

Everything was wonderful. Meat was tender not much for atmosphere. We were there right before Christmas and the dinning room was closed due to the amount of carry out orders they had for parties.

Fantastic barbecue! I had the day's brisket sandwich deal. $14 for a brisket sandwich and 2 sides or 1 side and a drink. The meal was easily enough for 2 and maybe 3 people. Barbecue sauce was the perfect mix of sweetness and vinegar. The young woman at the register was very nice. Unfortunately, at about 4:15 pm, they were out of my first 2 side choices - coleslaw and corn casserole. :( The green beans was good. The potato salad was very good. I was in from out of town and I hope I can get back to this joint again sometime.

Service was quick and the worker was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend getting the ribs or brisket. Ribs were fall off the bone good! Green beans were good, the corn casserole had some heat.

Wednesday April 3rd 11:15 am Party of 2We each Ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich Special with 2 sides... Potato Salad and Beans. The prep bar had pickles only... where are the onions? What BBQ doesn't have onions? Apparently Pig In Pig Out. No foul it's their turf and their product. They give your order a number and call you when it is ready. The sandwich was generously piled high with tender pork that had virtually no smoke flavor.The beans were a mixed variety of kidney canellie and great northern good sauce but extremely spicy. The potato salad was good but tasted store bought and doctored up. Two choices of house sauce Sweet & Smoky and Extremely Hot & Spicy. Cutlery was high quality plastic. Drinks were usual varieties of cola, root beer, lemon - lime etc .... Service was efficient. Will try the turkey leg special next time
