Pheasant Run Apartments

Love this apartment complex in South East Wichita.Pros: 1. Very affordable price for apartment with washer dryer hook-ups, large living room, large kitchen and a separate dining area (which is as big as a typical bedroom). 2. No issues with parking ever 3. I love the open stair cases as opposed to closed ones in some apartments, so no issues with smelly hallways leading to apartments. 4. Decent size patios. Lower level apartments have a great space for bbq or just for chilling enclosed by a new white fence. 5. I love the fact that the apartment is in walking distance to Dillons (Kroger ) store. Walmart is just a block away and so is Costco (only Costco in Wichita). 3-5 minutes drive away from McConnell AFB. 6. Swimming pool has bbq grill you can use during summer. 7. They have some lower level apartments with attached garage. I live on upper floor but I rent one only during winter months for less that $60. 8. Apartment managers and staff are cool and they are very good at taking care of any repair issues. You can even text maintainance issues. Cons: Apartment does not look great from outside (check out the inside and you will be surprised)If you want to party hard and loud after 10:00 pm, I do not recommend it. Recommendation: I have lived in this complex for the last 7 years. I have one who has been living for almost 30 years and another one over 15 years. Highly recommend this complex.
